Stay far away from this place! They do more damage than fixing! Worst experience I ever went through. My car was hit in the passenger side rear quarter panel, rear bumper area. The damage was: cracked rear bumper, tail lamp and dent in rear quarter panel. Travelers sent me to this place for an estimate and I decided to have the car fixed here as I didn't know any better at the time. I also didn't know any good places as I never had to deal with body shops before. First I had to drive around with the damage for about a week, waiting time for the parts to come in. Then it took 10 business days to get the car fixed after the parts came in. The good part starts here. I got a call that my car was fixed and ready for pickup. I went to pick it up and here's what I encountered. The car was nowhere near being done. As I'm waiting outside for the car I see in the back of the driveway they are still washing it and polishing the paint. Doing waited. When they finally brought the car up, I started inspecting it. Note: all parts were OEM. The rear bumper did not fit properly, there was a major gap between the bumper and the rear quarter panel. The bumper paint color did not match the rest of my white car as the bumper was yellow. Underneath the bumper clips that should be holding the bumper were falling out. There were 2 paint chips on rear passenger side door that weren't there before. Gas door area was completely destroyed with scratches and overspray. The interior was trashed also, which did not make any sense as the damage was on the outside of the car. The black leather seats were covered in white/yellow paint as if they were painting with open doors, paint on carpets, center console... I REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE CAR as the car was brand new with 5k miles on it and they trashed it. Took them another week or so to fix everything and called me again to pick up my car. I get there to inspect the car and this time they decided to repaint the bumper again, passenger side quarter panel, rear passenger side door to fix the paint chips they created, and for some unknown reason the driver side rear quarter panel. All these panels that were repainted do not match the rest of the car's color now. Upon further inspection, I noticed the side skirt was not lining up with the doors, I pointed that out to the manager, he said they had to remove to while they were painting the car and probably didn't put back correctly... So you're waiting on me to point that out to you instead of putting it on the right way? They cut the line for the fuel cap, but didn't bother fixing or replacing it. I don't know how they managed this as the damage was on the exterior as stated earlier, but the entire cluster was scratched to a point where it was hard to see the tachometer and all the other gauges. The seats and the carpets were cleaned with some stinky chemical, probably paint thinner to remove the paint that was sprayed on to them. Now I'm stuck with a smelly car, panels that aren't lining up, and paint color mismatch. I tried to trade the car in, but was not offered much for it as the paint thickness is more than double on some panels than other panels and the dealer said who's going to buy a car that's half white half yellow as the color mismatch is so obvious. read more

At first when taking my convertible to this place It started out being a great experience, it seemed like a nice enough place but I was later called two times request to fix what was "more damage" than I was told by my insurance adjuster, which got them paid twice the amount that was previously asked for. I waited a longer time to receive back my vehicle and when I did my back rear window was duct taped. When I removed it my window almost fall into the car. When I told management that my window was not broken when I arrived, I was basically given a nonchalant "It was like that before and maybe you should buy a newer vehicle because it will cost to much to fix." He offered to fix what he had broken for the whopping price of $800.00 for the tiny back window on my car. I was absolutely infuriated and appalled and disappointed at the treatment I received, not to mention that the paint job I received chipped everywhere on my car, probably due to non primer and to add insult to injury I discovered that my top was also damaged somehow in what was only suppose to be a replacement of a door that I was side swiped on. I will never bring my vehicle here again!!!! I am severely disappointed, and not sure if they received new management because I previously brought my vehicle there years back and received wonderful service. So now Im stuck with a chipped car, broken back window and top, all for a door! Don't make my mistake! read more

My wife's car got water in it from hurricane Ida. The car is 4 years old so the insurance company was trying to replace the carpet and pads with after-market parts. The car is in excellent shape so I wanted them to be replaced with factory parts to ensure a perfect match/fit and the insurance company was giving me a very hard time about it. I discussed this with Eddie and he was able to work it out so the carpet and pads were replaced with the factory parts! Despite being very busy with an overload of cars because of the hurricane Eddie listened and put in extra effort and time to be sure that I (we) were satisfied customers. The Parkway auto is not honest with their work.They do not have work ethics. They have a system to attract the customers with some low estimates and after they start to do the job create additional cost without going through the proper approval process.They are Not willing to cooperate for supplemental work. I was so frustrated with the manager who tried to cover up his employee's mistakes. Their communication is terrible. For one case, you need to contact several people who do not communicate each other Find a better place for your car if you do not want to have a similar experience like I did. read more
