I've been getting pedicures for over 25 years (at many different locations) & I've never, ever had nail polish chip right off of my toe nails. Two nails have half the polish missing because it chipped off. For the price of services at the spa & their awesome ratings from Forbes magazine, this leaves a lot to be desired.

So since Turning Stone is our Thanksgiving tradition, I booked a massage for him two weeks prior to our stay. When I see him less than 30 minutes later, he's saying the guy never showed up. First of all I wasn't gender specific, secondly I booked way in advance. My husband was asked to come back 2 hours later for 50% off. Unfortunately we have other plans since we are with relatives. I know stuff happens but I really wanted him to have the experience. Oh well I got my full refund. I won't bother to book again.
