They have always had hair sticking up after their haircuts or the shape was awkward because people didn't know how to work with it. Charles is a master in his craft. He is insanely patient and made sure they were getting exactly what they wanted. You can tell he's worked with A LOT of different hair types. He takes the whole 45 min but it's 100% worth it. You will be happy whether you show him a picture or let him do what he wants. His appointment process is a breeze to get through and he's the nicest guy ever. The space is really cool and all cuts are $22. Any beard shaving, etc is extra. They use a straight razor which is awesome. The music can kind of be loud sometimes. There are comfy couches you can chill on, they get through the walk-ins pretty fast and I've never seen anyone get ignored. Parking is annoying and tedious here so make sure you plan for that so you're not late. You can pay $3 for a lot behind the MOST. It will just be a little bit of a walk.

Clean, fast, but careful, and one of the best cuts I've ever had and very good beard trim too. I get worried having a barber line my beard because I don't want to end up with some chin strap looking beard. Anthony was a pro and did it right. Great conversation, nice big tv with ESPN on, and Keurig coffee to boot (I didn't ask, but I'm assuming its for customers). As for the haircut, perfect amount of fade. Not too aggressive and just long enough on top to part it and keep a professional look. If you live in Syracuse, especially if you live/work downtown, go here! $22 at the time of writing for beard trim and a haircut. Not bad for the time and attention they give to it. Haircuts I think are $17 otherwise.

Drive the 20 minutes there. It's not an hour wait. My fault not theirs. This haircut and service was worth the wait. I had Roe and it was perfect. She was super knowledgeable and delivered what I asked for. Very chill when I got my haircut there was an hour twenty minute wait and and Roe had a 270 minute wait.
