I wish I could leave a 0 star review. I am a single mother who bought a 12K used vehicle, cash and warranty out the door. From day one I had issues with this car. From August to November I have been in that dealership at LEAST 16 times for repairs. Half the time, when I picked it up, I couldn't even leave the parking lot without having to turn around and have them fix something else. The mechanics here have no idea what they're doing. They "fix" something and it breaks again immediately. From a turbo blowing, to heat going out, coolant line blowing off and dumping oil- every single thing has needed fixed 1, 2 and sometimes 3 times. On top of what the warranty covered, I've dropped 3K on repairs in 3 months. This car has been in the shop more than I've been able to drive it. I talked to the salesperson who sold me the car and he looked me in the face and said "you're f*cked". I left in tears. The general manager treated me like a waste of time. They were completely not interested in helping whatsoever. I spent countless hours in their lobby and missed so much work just trying to get this car to be drivable. I even paid outside sources to work on things they couldn't fix. This was a miserable experience. I was MORE than patient and continued to give them the benefit of the doubt. As a previous business owner, I thing long and hard before leaving a bad review.but parkway Nissan deserves one. Thumbs way way down. Buying process was smooth and simple, finance guy helped and explained a lot. Now the salesman Tim Sholtz and the service is horrible. Bought a used 2022 jeep 52,000 miles. Also purchased the extended warranty 5 years. Jeep had to go back to the shop 2 days after purchase for them to do another 20 point inspection, service and tire balance. Engine light came on. Sent to Chrysler parkway they just cleared the code also did a 20 point inspection. We Left 2 days later, said it had new tires, the tires shook violently on Interstate, alternator bearings screaming, belt chirping. They missed 2 lights out during inspection. Tim refused to cover the alternator and belt. Got sent to voicemail Everytime. Was told we would get a call back never have. Said it had new tires but they shook violently on interstate. They run you in circles and do not help. Said the extended warranty I purchased wasn't valid for 30 days after purchase. Will never go back or refer anyone. read more

Service department specifically as I'm unsure about sales, but nonetheless terrible told us to come bring the car in no issue for fixing sensors as the warranty would cover it, then upon picking it up was surprised with a $400 diagnostic charge, that we were never informed about, so they held the car hostage. DONT GO HERE! Have had my vehicle in there 3 times now with the backup camera being stuck on. Yes-almost a whole year now my reverse camera has been stuck on. They tell me because it has an under spray that warranty won't cover it, and that is the cause of the issue. Wouldn't even show me how it was impacting the sensor, just his word against the world. Manager Cody was extremely disrespectful, hung up the phone on me and charged us a 386$ diagnostic fee. Yes you heard that right-386$ for him to tell me it couldn't be fixed. This was after the fact it had been in the shop for the SAME issue 2 times before, both times Nissan said it was probably mud or they couldn't replicate the issue, and was never charged a diagnostic for this. Just save yourself time, money and a headache and don't buy a Nissan or go somewhere else. This is the service you can expect for being a loyal Nissan member for 5 years. Edit: He will claim it was the undersprays fault, yet his own technician couldn't say for sure it was the underspray, not provide any proof besides the fact a piece of wire under the car had spray on it. And if it was the underspray fault, why didn't any of your technicians diagnose it correctly the other two times before this visit? And why wasnt I charged the same diagnostic fee those two times? This was my 6th used car and was the absolute worst car buying experience ever. If there was anyway this dealership could screw up a simple deal, they did. If you end up getting a decent car from these people, it's in spite of their best efforts to mess it up. Here goes. I had been looking for a pretty specific vehicle. I live in MD and figured buying a Nissan remotely is a pretty safe deal. We settled on a vehicle and things went downhill quickly. The check engine light was on. I had to agree to buy it if they'd even look at it. Uh, OK. It ended up needing a new fuse box. Also, I bought it on a Monday with the condition they'd have it done by Thursday. My bad for not specifying which Thursday because it sure wasn't the one that week. I had to rent a car for full additional week. When the shop had it up in the air, I asked about the brakes, tires, oil, and all the car stuff. Trusting these folks would do the basics. Again, my mistake. When it was delivered, it was leaking oil like a sieve (blown gasket at oil plug). I also noticed the brakes felt like I was pushing on a jelly donut. When I took it in for inspection, my mechanic found the brakes only had 1/32 of wear left, needed new front and rear rotors, and he assured me there's no possible way they missed this. They actually replaced the tires (my out of pocket) so they had to see this. Either they think I'm stupid or they're terrible at their job. Maybe both? The service department is downright criminally incompetent. When they delivered the vehicle, the driver hands me the paperwork and everything from the loan terms to the vehicle amount is wrong. The poor driver desperately tries to contact multiple people and no one gets back. I cross through all the erroneous terms. I had the vehicle inspected right away and that's when my mechanic found the issues. The manager offered to come get it. I posed that he take that money he'd spend on picking it up and put it towards new brakes since it wasn't even road legal in his state. He not so politely declined and came off with the take or leave it approach. At this point, I've already wasted so much time, been through so much frustration, I'm not going to start over. They've cost me thousands. What irks me the most is that they sent one of their own people out on a 350 mile road trip with brakes that are barely holding on and oil draining out of it. If they'll do that to their own people, what will they do to you? I never received a call or apology from anyone in management. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Had a alternator replaced that took 2-1/2 days. Then had to take the car back because of loose parts that were not reassembled correctly. Then when I went to change my oil a few weeks later I found an additional bolt that was never put back in as well. How my car didn't have issues while the bolt was missing was complete luck. I knew I was in trouble when they had no idea on how to get the bad alternator out. And I bought the car there as well it's a 2016 Nissan Maxima. So I DO NOT recommend them for anything. read more

Over five months ago, I notified this dealership I sold my vehicle and needed to cancel my service contract and extended warranty by over $13,000. After numerous emails and phone calls, and BS excuses, I contacted Nissan directly. They informed me the cancellation of my service contract had not been received from the dealer, and I had to restart the process all over again through Nissan. Be careful! They come across as nice people, but they are obviously incompetent and/or liars. read more

Purchased a 2012 dodge charger police car. Advertised at 8600. They sold it to.me.for 9600. Drove it less than 500 and the intake lifer failed. The cam shaft was destroyed. They said would cost 5700 estimate for repairs. Sales manager was rather rude and insisted pushing a 1200 discount with a 20 percent part and warranty on this car. The tires were bald, and I had just spent 600 on those. Clearly this car was never inspected or checked out at all. I created a face book page detailing the required work and my experience with these people. I do not know how they sleep at night. Got my 2014 chevy silverado from parkway was never told about the rust or the massive scratch the truck has lots of issues I was never told about such as the lower ball joints being wasted the tires almost showing cords a/c leaking the left rear railing harness being bad left rear tail light was cracked when the truck arrived the transmission was slipping horribly and the engine was over filled with oil and was already do for an oil change according to the stick they put in read more
