Nothing ever happened to him. The managers blamed my child. Another child bullied my child, and he told her to leave him alone. She wouldn't, so to protect himself, he hit her to get her to stop. Again, my child's fault. It is not a family-friendly environment. Children must be quiet on the playground; they are not allowed to ride bikes, skateboards, or rollerblades around the complex.

Basically living on campus without having to pay ridiculous dorm rent. Downstairs units have washer dryer hookups but if you are in an upstairs unit there is on-site laundry. Dishwasher is a huge plus. No A/C but the heating is great. I don't have to leave my heating on all day to stay warm. The apartment has good insulation. Parking is never an issue for guests. I recommend this place to any WOU students.

Emails were acknowledged, but the only response we received was that a "manager would reach out," which never happened. There was no clear explanation, no correction, and no meaningful communication--just delays.
