Kouri was told that the entire back wall (that is supporting the rest of the floors) is soaked through and needs to be replaced, and they refused. Each time they get called out for mold, they paint over it. They also paint over black mold in the hallway as well. That entire wall needs to be replaced, as well as the foundation having cracks which causes brown water to seep into the carpet. Attached is photos of the mold, as well as a video of one of the times the apartment has flooded. The most they will do is send out a carpet cleaner to soak up some water, and leave you with a wet apartment while it dries for 2-3 days. Many other issues as well, including refusing to come out to fix AC units/refrigerators, and other maintenance concerns. Not a suitable place for children due to the mold.

There are 2 swimming pools, a sand volleyball court, a basketball court and a 24 hour fitness center! There is also a computer room where you can surf the net and print as much as your heart desires as long as you bring your own paper. As for the staff-- Dave is wonderful as well as the rest of the rest of crew! Everyone is very friendly. And when something is wrong with your apartment they will come and take care of it as soon as possible. The reason for only 4 stars is because of two things: the cost and I have had about 3 requests that have been sort of just ignored. The main one being putting a work order to fix one of my walls near the ceiling. Some of the actual wall was chipped off. But if you ask them again, it seems like they do come and fix the problem. I haven't tried asking about the wall for the 3rd time but I might sometime again and see what happens. So the only bad thing about this place is really the prices. It's quite expensive to live here. But I mean I guess you get what you pay for. I can't find another apartment with such newer appliances and vaulted ceilings. (I live on the 3rd floor) They have many amenities that other apartments do not have and I also love the fact that it is gated. And perhaps the best thing of all-- they are quite close to downtown and to Creighton-- which is only a 4 minute drive!

She's very nice but was never there. The "non smoking" policy is bs. My entire apartment smelled like smoke, my furniture and even my clothes. We had to de-smoke it and I had to be gone for 3 days. The staff is very friendly and helpful and if anything needs addressed, it gets taken care of. The property is pet friendly with no weight limit which is a giant plus because I have large dogs. The parking is free which is a great thing in Downtown but it can get full because the concert goers of the Slowdown can use it. This can be frustrating at times, but completely expected. I love living here and would recommend it to anyone!
