My son went ice skate with his friends. Nice rink. No need to be resident but pay higher price. Public sessions time changes so check their website. Free parking. Resident: child/adult: $6 and $8. Non resident $10-$14. $5 skate rental. Convenient concession on site. They even have individual high stool by the rink so you can watch your kids.

The review is for the ice skating rink: I find their ice skating rink big in comparison to any other park facilities. The rink is neat and clean. The bleachers area are located right after the entrance . Special awards and trophies are displayed on the left back side of the rink upon entry. There is a special spot for watchers on the right back side that I found very warm as it has a heating vent on top. The big room where rentals and lockers located has also wide lounge area next to a fireplace and has enough numbers of seats and table tops for those interested to partake snacks and drinks from a food stand nearby. There is an event party room for those interested to held a special celebration on this place. The shop and the office are closed during my visit but definitely offer program and things that maybe interesting to any guest. Have I mentioned this place was Sarah Hughes prep home rink prior going to Olympics? Location is not far from where I live. Admission fee is at regular pricing. Has big parking space. Will come back

    Nice rink!

I haven't frequented many indoor ice skating rinks overall but i can say while this one is a smaller, local rink so the plus is it's not that crowded. It's the local hockey rink for this neighborhood and the school's hockey team. They have some accolades on display. The lines to pay for admission and to get rentals move fairly quick. They keep a clean space and seem very organized. I have been here numerous times but this weekend was the first for a child's birthday party. The kids were allowed free skate time for about an hour before they served food in the back party room. I liked that the whole place was outfitted for skates so you didn't have to take it off inside or outside the rink. The foods served were all fried but good quality. The chicken fingers were moist. The chicken wings were crisp and served with blue cheese dip. And the mozzarella sticks were not too cheesy. They provided marinara sauce to dip as well. This was the adult food to share. The kids were given a choice of pizza or chicken nuggets. Both served with a side of fries. Plenty of drinks offered, apple juice in a pitcher, sodas in a pitcher, and water. There were about 15 kids in total. Each one enjoyed their food. The restrooms are clean and well kept. There's plenty of seating space for the changing of footwear to skates. There's even TV's in the area for viewing. My only comment, I was surprised they didn't spray the insides of the ice skates (deodorizer or some foot spray) as they are rentals, when we returned them. They did wipe dry the blades to avoid rust. Go figure. This place is a great hang out and inexpensive to bring the family for some recreation time. I'd recommend coming to skate and enjoying the cool music they play.

Great day to hang at the pool.

This is a fun rink to skate in the winter. They keep the ice clean and it's a spacious venue. The locker room and food area is roomy and warm if you are not skating. The pro shop is great. We have purchased skates here as well as periodioc blade sharpening and some skate outfits accessories. Tara and Phil are awesome, they know what they are doing and offer good suggestions in maintaining upkeep of your equipment. The staff is really nice. You can take group or private lessons at competitive prices. The teachers, like anything else, vary so you can watch them or ask around. We were very happy with the one we had. The public sessions are fun. I've been to a few venues but we always end up back here.

Been a while since we've been here. They've done a lot of work fixing the place up. New pro shop and the waiting area is clean with food, vending machines and a TV. The format of the rink isn't idea for watching games. The stands are right behind the players bench. So it's really hard to enjoy watching the games. Most people end up watching the games standing at the ends of the rink. It's a fairly cold rink, so standing at the end where the glass doors allows you to sneak outside to warm up or into the lobby to grab a cup of coffee. :)

The free style session in the morning open at 6:00 which is very good. The rink is not crowded.

Josh, Scott, and their team had plenty of time to let people who were waiting know that the ride was shutting down, but the ride attendant just stood there on his phone the entire time. There was no warning before he locked up the ride and turned it off and a lot of kids who were waiting a half hour didn't get to go on the ride. Several parents pointed out the huge line of kids waiting but he just shrugged and walked away. We talked to the Verona police department, but they weren't able to do anything. We are planning to talk to Chris Tamburro and the rest of Verona Council next to make sure they're aware of the issue before they hire the company again. The staff were extremely rude, leading me to wonder if there's been a change in management at the company. I can't believe after building decades of good will in North Jersey that Tomianne would jeopardize all of that by hiring on staff that behaves like this. You can see how rude Josh is in the video. The staff on site would not listen to reason, wouldn't put a manager on the phone with me to resolve this and were just plain rude. All they had to do was turn the ride back on for a few minutes for a bunch of crying kids. It's crazy they wouldn't do that. I know a lot of local colleges and towns hire "Any Excuse...," but that won't keep happening once word gets out. There were a lot of really angry parents and sad children in line for the ride and this is now their impression of the company that they're going to take back to their organizations. Hopefully Tomianne will do the right thing and make some staffing changes to ensure this never happens again. I look forward to hearing how the company plans to address this issue.

Horrible company. Will not use again and would highly recommend another route…read more All-around upsetting experience. A friend recommended this company for my daughter's birthday party. The bounce house was delivered the day before and we were given explicit instructions for setting it up the next day. The guys setting it up were great. They also said there wasn't much gas and not to turn it on until right before the party. The day of the party, I called, concerned that there wasn't enough gas for the whole party. I was told not to turn it on until 30 minutes before the party started. We did as instructed and the bounce house would not blow up. Further, the blowers kept tripping the breaker on the generator. I called the company and they said someone could come out to look at it in two hours (at 4 pm), the party was slated to end at 4:30. I had a group of four year olds standing around at my daughter's birthday party. My daughter was crying. My stepdad missed the entire first hour of the party trying everything to get the house to blow up. Finally, halfway through the party, my stepdad was able to rig one blower to an outlet that allowed it to blow up. The house still looked fairly deflated and we were incredibly nervous about whether or not it was safe for kids to use. A representative of the company showed up a few minutes later, and said it looked fine and left. He offered to fix it but it was too late at that point, the party was about over, and there was no point. I also found it alarming that they were completely fine with a novice (my stepdad) rigging a solution without any form of inspection or oversight. We called to ask for a partial refund as we were unable to even use the bounce house for 75% of the party, and the other half of the party was spent worrying about the fact that only one blower worked. We were not only told no, we were told WE were wrong for still having someone come out to check on the safety of the bounce house when it was still clearly functioning incorrectly! The friend who recommended this company also recommended Jump and Slide (https://www.jumpandslide.net/). I will definitely try them next year!

I knew the moment I heard her calm demeanor on the answering machine that she was the one! She was flexible, worked with us on the details and met us right away. She was unfazed by the rushing around we were doing and held space calmly and compassionately. She took charge in a gentle way, guiding us with great elegance. We can hardly put everything in words: Her speeches, her voice tone, the way she made the ceremony so flowy and catchy, her effort, the perfect coordination with every detail we had in mind for our day, everything was just perfect. Most of our guests kept asking for how long had we met her for, since everybody thought we were close friends. Not to mention how she made absolute everyone there (grooms included) bawl out!! She is amazing and would recommend her for anyone looking for authenticity and warmth during the ceremony.
