The signs say "shower before getting into the pool," yet I was yelled at to shower just for walking to a lounge chair with my towel. If you have to shower the moment you step onto the deck, change the signs to reflect that. ​Dealing with the public is hard, but the staff here are completely miserable and looking for a fight. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

The drop off and pick up transportation they include is great for us parents. They choose a location that is close to your house. I love that they go on trips twice a week and go swimming . My son camp counselor was very informative and texts about different activities for the next day so the campers arent prepared. I called New York Pool Pro and immediately, Chris and Jason came, assessed the situation, advised that the current pump needed to be replaced. They ordered the pump, and came the next day to install it. They did such a wonderful job, I have hired them to do the maintenance of my pool and to close the pool when it is time to do so. I will hire them again for next year. I highly recommend them. They are extremely knowledgeable, honest, good people. They do excellent work. I am very happy with New York Pool Pro.

My child's instructor was pretty attentive to teaching but as I watch other class levels, not all are the same. Also, being that each class is pretty expensive, they tend to start late but end right on time. In general I would not go with Gateway if I had other choices but around this area, this is about the only swim school around.
