    Inside tasting room Ambiance

Our Sommelière, Parker made sure we had an unforgettable experience. I did my bachelorette in Dripping Springs and coordinated ahead of time with the winery for our party of 8. Parker gave us a personalized and special experience that I will never forget. Parker was very knowledgeable, kind, and gave exceptional service. I can't wait to go back! Highly recommend this winery and the Pinot Noir!

One of my favorite wine in Texas! Grapes are grown in California. We bought some bottles to bring back home. Ambiance was nice and the girls working there were very nice.

Parmeson Wines was out last stop in our bus tour and it was such a fun visit! Our host led us to a room where our group of 14 ladies can taste comfortably in one long table . The room is very conveniently situated adjacent to the musician. Service was friendly and prompt! We had a spirited table and our host was super gracious to us despite the loud conversations happening! Wines we tasted were delish! I particularly some of their reds including Malbec. Great tasting experience and friendly staff.

This winery is incredible for customer service and wine selection. We were served by Jade and Parker. They were so informative and have some great recommendations. So pleased with Parmeson wines. Definitely will add them to the places to be in dripping springs. If you do come here for the wine, come for the Customer service.

This can be a romantic place especially in the evening. But alas, we had a team offsite on our last day of work there instead of at the Austin downtown area. This winery gets their wine from Sonoma, California. The wine was great and can be ordered online as well. The winery is family run and Katie, the owner, made us all feel at home right away. We went for a walk and browse through the local artist stone sculptures with a glass of white wine in our hands. It was marvelous. March is when we went and the weather was perfect. https://parmesonwines.com/ I would recommend, if you have time to get away from Austin to visit Parmeson Wines. It's quiet and you can focus on what matters... relationship.

Service was great and the wines were even better. Great spot with indoor and outdoor seating to pick from. Very relaxing and will definitely stop again!

I wonder if it's a new winery. The parking lot isn't as big as others but the space is very nice, benches and tables under trees. The inside is small because it's in a cottage so there's a sign saying one group at a time. The wines are from California. You can do a flight for $15 or a glass. We all chose a glass (8oz pour) whereas a tasting is 6 oz. loved our reds. There's a sculpture garden to stroll. Lovely place for convo. Also we tried the fat boy cheese spread w ritz crackers and it's so good!

We had a very pleasant experience at Parmeson! The wines are super high quality and very enjoyable. We had the Rose and the Sauvignon Blanc, both of which were outstanding. Tom and Katie are wonderful hosts and the garden setting is a delightful place to pause and relax. Highly recommended spot for fellow enophiles! We will be back for sure.

Lovely wines. Friendly owner and staff. Great venue inside and out.

Fear not, the factory (distillery) in Buda isn't going anywhere. The folks here told me the property and buildings are being taken over and another business will be coming in. It just makes me sad because we love it here. We love everything about it and took for granted that it will always be here. The tasting room and distillery are huge and so tastefully put together. See what I did there? Lol. The grounds are the epitome of Hill Country. Amazing views of wildflowers, brush, and sky all about. Lots and lots of outdoor patio seating, food truck area, large indoor seating, tasting bar, large ordering bars, gift shop, games, and lots more. I'm reviewing as they're leaving because this is another one of those draft reviews that I've been waiting to be finished for a long time. I gotta get better at that lol. Anyway, that matters not because this place still deserves an incredible review. Absolutely amazing drinks and people. It (was) a great way to wind down after a day of outdoor activity in Hill Country. A+++++

On another note, I was kind of surprised to find an all-California winery in the middle of Texas. I am sure there will be people who say the wines are automatically better because California, but that is not necessarily true. Still, I was intrigued. And yes, some of the wines were quite good. The Tempranillo was especially good (and the bottle was gorgeous). I might go as far as say it was one of the best Tempranillos I've had. But most of the rest that I was offered didn't really leave an impression. They were.. ok? I admit I am not a huge fan of big-bodied California wines generally, and maybe that was it, but even the white I had hit a little flat. The service also felt a bit off. It felt like other people came in and were warmly greeted, but I would just get my pour and a perfunctory description of the wine and that was it. I felt like the staff was very cold unless you were a regular.. but how does one become regular with that? I would still give it another try because people seem to really dig them.

The porter was good but a bit to heavy for a summer afternoon, so I got the Scotch Ale the first round and the IPA for the second round. The Scotch Ale at 8.0abv comes in a small 10oz pour and the IPA was a full 16oz. In the past the riesling has been my fave wine wise. Both were full flavored and refreshing to drink on the patio with my dog. The service here has always been so friendly. The wine tasting are guided by pros that are well educated about wine. The same for the brewery where they'll give you free tasting cups. The outside country location is so beautiful. Like being on a ranch. Picnic tables, lawn games, and often live music (or at least good music over the speakers). Btw, as a dj myself I wonder if they'd ever like some jazzy house grooves or something on the patio on the weekend? What would that involve to do periodically on an afternoon?

We just popped in for some tastings since we were staying next door at Lucky Arrow Retreat. Everyone was nice, but we wanted to move where we were doing our tastings because the staff had to keep going behind where we were standing and we had to keep moving out of their way... but we were asked to not move because other people might want that other spot. Kind of awkward because we were there first, but we are pretty easy going so we just brushed it off (even though there was literally no one else doing a tasting at that time). I hope that they don't get so busy that they lose the customer service that we loved the first time and had us wanting to come back again. They have beautiful outdoor spaces to hangout and relax with some beer or wine.

They've got an events hall, goats, a grotto, an inn (cabins on property for rent), playground for kids, and tons and tons of seating. Family-friendly and dog-friendly. They stress all dogs be leashed and have multiple signs advising this. Too bad a fellow patron ignored the rules with his off-leash dog who decided to wander over to us. After me telling him several times to leash his dog, his wife finally did it. I mean come on. I'm not going to let one bad apple ruin the review. It's not the fault of the brewery. This is such a cool, rustic, idyllic setting. They get extremely busy on the weekends but staff are fast and friendly with getting pour orders up. More than ample seating available. There's just so much available. Even with a lot of people in attendance, the amount of land allows for quieter areas should you choose so. The open fields have trees for shading as well. A couple of bathrooms across the property make it so you don't have to walk far from wherever you're located. I personally love the vintage Airstream converted to a bathroom. Well two actually, the Airstream has a men's and women's room. The covered patios are also large and have a dance hall vibe. Live music and deejays perform from under the covered patios. Food truck onsite (their own) & pizzas are made onsite too. The food looked really good though we didn't try any. We shared two pours (2-half pours) that were amazing. One was a sour which I don't normally like. This one, I liked. The table beer was perfectly refreshing on a hot summer day. Also had a hibiscus mint iced tea=yum. The beers are so special. Like the best of the best in craft beer world. Beers are made with water from their well and native wild yeast. The grains are locally sourced and certified organic. Other ingredients like fruit, herbs, etc. all come from Hill Country. You can absolutely taste the difference. Fantastic products and visit. Note: Because it's in the country and off the beaten path, the roads and parking lots aren't the best. Dusty with lots of rocks and deep holes. Be careful not to drive more than 5 mph.
