I have a 2009 Honda Shadow that is due for some maintenance, but, nothing urgent and I'm well aware that we are into the riding months and shops will be backed up. That's why I wasn't looking for an appointment until at least July 1 or maybe even August. Today's date is May 31, just in case you were wondering. So, I walk in and Dave is at the register. I say hello and tell him I'm looking to get some work done on the bike and that I've had the motorcycle in their shop before. So, does Dave look up my bike? Nope. What Dave does instead is start up on a rant about how they are backed up for five weeks are more. He never asked when I was planning to bring it in. He then states up about how parts are hard to find. Did he ask which parts I was going to need? Nope. In fact, as soon as I started to explain what I was looking to do, Dave cuts me off and starts making excuses. Really Dave? He then asks which year my bike was, and once again, if he simply looked up my name, he would have seen it. I couldn't remember of the top of my head, I knew it had something with a 9 at the end. So, I say, 1999? He then starts up about how he doesn't service motorcycles before 2000. Once again, has Dave simply looked up my bike, none of this conversation would have been necessary. But, at this point, I'm fed up. Why is Dave and his coworker being so difficult. So, I exit the store saying essentially, you know Dave, I retired at 45 because I worked with my customers and never turned away business! You might want to think about it. I went out to my bike, looked at the registration plate on it and behold... 2009. So, just for shits and giggles, I go back into the store to ask if 2009 makes any difference. Dave proceeds to tell me that he didn't appreciate my tone and attitude. He then proceeds to recap our encounter adding in things I definitely didn't say as a means of making him look like the victim. When it became clear that Dave had no intention of being a professional I left, never to return. I don't know what I'm the Hell is going on in your store Ron, but, deciding before your customer walks into your store that the answer is "no" Is one Hell of a way to run your business. So let's recap. I wasn't asking for anything to be done in an unreasonable time frame. In fact, that part of the conversation never even happened. Your employee was too busy, too lazy or simply not in the mood to look up a return customer. Everything you needed was right there. Your employee refused to use this tool. At any point, Dave could have simply asked what I wanted instead of assuming. Whatever he was assuming was clearly not what I was looking for. I have always had long relationships with my motorcycle dealerships and what you've just done is turned away a long time customer. I Camp during the summers up here in Cedar City and was hoping to make your store my permanent repair and motorcycle shop. Guess who is looking for a different store now. The reality is this. A reliable Repair place is built upon trust. Dave just blew that up. This transaction could have and SHOULD have gone completely differently. But, by all means, you do you! It's ashamed to think that someone in the service industry is so bad at listening to the customer and finding solutions that work for everyone. It's really too bad. But, these are the decisions employees make that will close a business because their ego is more important than their customers.

Was on a motorcycle road trip from California headed to Zion national Park. Had some complications…read morewith my motorcycle, a Honda Rebel 500 2020. Looked on Google everything was closed for the night, but noticed Ron's was open the next morning. Called them as soon as they opened, spoke with Colby about a chain adjustment and a new rear tire. Took the bike in ASAP after the phone call and was able to get a new tire put on, and chain adjusted to the right tension... All within an hour! Definitely amazing customer service, if it wasn't for those guys, I would have to pay much more just to get back on track for the trip!

The trail was clean and we only saw other trail users. Not too much elevation gain or loss which helped our sea level lungs and legs acclimate to the altitude. The route took us along Veteran's Park which has a individual memorials for WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam and Iraq & Afghanistan. (See separate review) Farther up the trail we saw beautiful views of the red rock canyon. The only complaint was that the trail could've kept going farther up the canyon.

My husband went in to Bike Route due to Cedar Cycle being so expensive…read more Cedar Cycle wanted to charge $45 for a tune up on my bike. Being that my bike was less than $100, he decided not to spend that kind of money. He looked up other bicycle shops in the area. Bike Route showed up on the search list with no pictures or reviews. On a whim, he decided to go in and ask about a tune up. The owner, Mark, told my husband that he would tune up the bicycle and install thorn resistant tires to the bike. My husband decided that would be a good idea, so he asked how many days the bike would be in the shop, to which Mark said, "Oh it'll be done in an hour, you can pick it up then." This was a shock to us, considering other bicycle shops will keep your bike for a day or two, depending on the service needed. So my bike got a tune-up and the thorn resistant tires installed. All totaling out to $50.00 even. Mike was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be coming back, just off his helpfulness alone. His quality of service is a definite plus. I highly recommend Bike Route for anyone interested in having their bicycle taken care of.

Only reason why I would only gave a 4 stars is because their cancellation policy. The night before our ride, the whole town and town next to us electricity was out for several hour. So we thought of just driving home if the electricity wasn't going turn on soon. We had asked if we can cancel because of this and they said no refund. Only a credit to use within 2 yrs. Even if it is due to weather. Electricity did come back on 3 hrs later. So I'm glad everything turns out good. Beside that I would go back and rent from them again.

Then he gave us a quick overview of the biked and pointed us towards Bryce Canyon. Excellent bike trails throughout the whole park and in our 4 hour ride we made it down to Sunset, Inspiration point and a few of our party even hiked to Bryce point. With the eBikes, you can ride right up to the trails and there is plenty of places to park the bikes. 1st time on an eBike and it was easy, fun and absolutely the best way to see the park.

As a hardtail owner and frequent rider, my biggest worry was sub-standard rental bikes. Nope, these folks have their own service area off the main room and my bike was in perfect condition. Banging down the slickrock obstacles and feeling the bike take care of me and own the line as the rocks challenged me along the way was a flying joy. A joy that only confidence in your machine gives. Yeah, that was a ride. Beautiful, challenging, and glorious.

We did the morning Half Day Family Slot Canyon Tour at Lambs Knoll, and our guide Forrest made the…read moretrip. While some of us had rappelled before, none of us had been canyoneering. Forrest struck the perfect balance -- fun, knowledgeable, and great with kids -- so everyone felt completely safe and comfortable while still having an amazing time. Our 9- and 11-year-olds crushed 50-foot rappels and were so proud of themselves. Highly recommend, and we'd book with Forrest and Zion Adventures again without hesitation. We also rented our Narrows gear through them, using the new Virgin location instead of Springdale. It was more convenient for us since we were staying in Hurricane, making it easy to pick up gear the night before. Easy process, and Maile made sure we had everything we needed plus all the info necessary to stay safe on the hike. One tip: if you're not staying in Springdale and are booking a canyoneering tour, book the Virgin location. It's right by Kolob Canyon Road where Lambs Knoll is, so it saves you the drive into Springdale.

He also did a fantastic job making my friend comfortable with the e-bike instructions, as it was her first time. I've rented e-bikes before and struggled with the assist, but this bike worked perfectly. The best part is that if you run out of battery or encounter an issue you can't resolve, they provide a number to call for assistance or a replacement bike. I come to Zion quite often. I will definitely rent from them again.
