Steps are breaking more now and they won't return a phone call even with an update as to when they might start work. If they did not have the time or thought the weather would be an issue, that is something better to communicate up front. Instead under the impression that they were building off site and would just have to place at our house. Now we have received, it is cold, what do you expect? Will update if company starts communicating. Contract is vague but looks like it might lock consumer in, even if they do not respond to phone calls.

The light trim around the edge wasn't something I would have thought of on my own, but it is a fantastic accent that really looks nice without adding any cost. The work was performed quickly, efficiently, and professionally, and we couldn't be happier with our new deck. We were so impressed with the results that when our main deck is ready to be replaced, we fully intend on having Renaissance come back out to compete that job as well! All I can say is this is the most disrepectful service I have ever received from someone that we had done business with the year prior, but only to be ghosted by them in the current year with no information whatsoever that they no longer serviced our area. Shame on them for such horrible communications and business practices.
