He was very accommodating to a change in decision on how I wanted it completed. He was honest and when I made the change it actually became cheaper and he was upfront with that. Fast forward to now and we just had hurricane Ian blow through here. We didn't think our fence would make it through that but IT DID. Our neighbors fence was not so fortunate. If you need a fence this is your guy! I promise you it's worth it. Thank you Bobby and crew for all you did! EDIT: we needed our gate fixed because it pulled down and they have been no where to be found so they warranty it but no response when fixes need to be made. Our dogs keep getting out as a result. ZERO *!! This company has challenges big time for returning calls and following up and poor…read morecommunication. The owner of the North River Fence company came out and gave me an estimate to repair my chain link fence from damage due to a hurricane in 2024 on 2/17/2025. During the site visit he was here 5 minutes went to his truck and left without speaking to me at all. Upon receiving his estimate, we agree to a contracted amount of $1106.21 on 2/28/2025. A deposit amount of $553.12 was given on 3/5/2025. On 3/26/2025 I received an email stating I would be required to remove bushes/plants etc. prior to the repairs being done. Previous estimates from fence companies already included this within their estimates OR told me what would need to be removed. I just assumed the same with the estimate from North River. During the mini home visit or written estimate, nowhere was it stated about being required to remove foliage. Since I am not able to physically do this yard work. I would have to pay someone in addition to the fence repair cost which is why full disclosure should have been made to me PRIOR to sending a deposit. If I had known this the cost of his fence repair would have higher than others I received. So, we had to cancel the 1st repair date and removed plants. We rescheduled a couple weeks later on Saturday, 4/26/2025 for the repairs. His office called 4/24/2025 and wanted to change it to Friday. I told her NO since the neighbors who share the fence behind me and myself would not be home. Never received a call back from the office to confirm, so I believed we were still on schedule for Saturday 4/26/2025. His company was a NO CALL/NO SHOW on Saturday. We sent numerous texts and calls as to where they were. As of today 4/29/2025, I still have not heard from the company. I sent an email to cancel services 4/26/2025 at 4:30pm. As of this writing I have still not heard from the company owner and the office person who I did most of the talking too. I am working with my bank to file fraud charges against the company for breach of contract for failing to provide the services paid for or provide a reason as to why they did not show up.

We made our concerns known to Alfredo and he assured us it was done correctly- even though he didn't come out to check the work his employees did. My 1 year old son would trip in the garage and his knee would bleed from the flakes that were sticking up. We again brought our concerns to Alfredo and he finally came out to see it. He finally agreed that the job was poorly done, yet he refused to fix it. He himself agreed that the job was incorrectly done. Yet he wouldn't stand by his work and fix it. We had to have another company come out and fix his job, costing us an additional $650. Alfredo literally said to us "You paid a cheep price- you get what you pay for". His prices were comparable to other companies, but his quality clearly was not. he also said "Go ahead and take me to court, I've done it before" I will never use this company again.

I consulted with several painting companies and Patrick was quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I picked some colors from stores (which were very similar to one another) and consulted with Patrick and he described each color so that I could pick the best one. Crews were very professional and always on time; actually they came a little earlier which I found impressive. The house needed some patchwork to smooth out the surface and they did a great job with the material they had. The finished work was excellent and I was so satisfied with it.
