We were in a bad way after Ian and our well pump wouldn't work. We managed to get it up and running but it finally completely gave out. I called Parrish Well Drilling and Tonya was super helpful in getting us scheduled. She was able to get someone out the next day! Christian and Chris did a very through diagnostics review of our entire system working from the power switch all the way to the well pump. Christian explained every step in an easy-to-understand manner, and as I learned he has a wealth of knowledge in wells and water. They were thoughtful about where they drove the truck to access the well pump and swept the yard to ensure they picked up all the old parts. I highly recommend Parrish Well Drilling. We had a problem with our irrigation system and our pump relay box was burnt to a crisp (along with a capacitor). Christian and his tech came out and were able to fix the problem quickly. They exchanged the electric portion of our stem (pump start relay and HP control box). We tested all 8 zones on our irrigation system and the pressure was in place and all is working well. So thankful for the straightforward fix and the fair pricing. I'd recommend Parrish Well Drilling for well issues / irrigation issues that could involve the pump/well. Had an issue with the water pressure in the house, Parish came out and installed a variable speed pump controller and that fixed all the problems. A few weeks later there was some leaking on the line from the pump (likely from the higher pressure), Christian came out, quick fix and professional service. Love working with these guys! The company I've been using for over 20 years got sold and when I lost water last Friday, I couldn't get anyone to come and help. They did say it was the well and gave me a price. Mean, nasty, condescending owner. Takes the deposit, signs the contract then mouths off when asked when job will be done by. We needed to know since we were going back North in a month and needed job done asap. When they got the deposit they were supposed to come over and measure for permit. We gave them 5 days after they received deposit to call us but they never did. When we called them Tony Guest, the owner told us we were pushy and he couldnt promise anyrhing. Infact he said he was tearing up contract and throwing it in trash. When I told him he was not very respectful to someone who could be his grandma he hung up on me. Not the right way to run a business. Wouldnt give him the job for free at this point. Got someone else i mediately who was friendly and respectful. Beware of Parrish! read more
