I almost always order delivery here. Most of the time the food arrives within a reasonable amount of time. Today however, I was disappointed. I ordered by phone at 6:40pm and by 8pm still no food. I called to get the status of my order and was told that it should be here any minute. I ordered a small Hawaiian pizza, a gyro platter with no raw onion, extra meat and onion rings, an order of potato skins and a piece of carrot cake. My husband called the store again at 8:30pm and was told that the food was on the way. At 8:45pm the driver finally arrived. Oddly there was no credit card slip to sign. I'm not sure if we paid for the food or not but there was no way to tip the driver. The pizza was lukewarm, the onion rings were soggy and the first bite of the gyro had raw onions. After waiting over 2 hours for our food we wolfed it down anyway. read more

After being a loyal customer through multiple owners over the years I am GREATLY DISAPPOINTED in the service I received and the rep spines from the manager was just as disappointing. We have been going there for years and because we are a large family our orders are generally pretty good sized. I always tip my drivers well However tonight we ordered 4 lg pies (buy3 get 1) same deal that they have been running FOREVER!!! But tonight I noticed my card was charged x2 so I called to ask what was going on...I got "we aren't doing that deal anymore so we charged you for the 4th pizza" Isn't that something I should've been told when I called in the order and I even stated I wanted the deal? Shouldn't they've called to ask if I still wanted the order before charging my card the additional money? Needless to say we won't be going there anymore because I think it's a little shady to 1 raise your prices but not change them on your menu or provide the new menu(which has supposedly being printed for over 6 weeks now) and to charge someone's card multiple times without even consulting them! read more

We ordered the Mediterranean pizza tonight. It came cold, they did not use katamala olives but replaced them with regular black olives. You could not taste the feta cheese, and the spinach was frozen spinach which was in clumps and gross. The old owner used fresh spinach leaves, Greek olives and yummy feta. When I called Parrot pizza owner was rude! He said he substituted the olives when we bought the business. I told him that his menu is not up to date. It was a terrible pizza. Their pizza is decent and the eggplant parm is tasty with lots of bite-sized eggplant pieces. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Bluck. We had the Parrot pizza (aka house special) it was flavorless and boring. Thankfully it was at least edible due to the high price. There was hardly any sauce (see photo) and the toppings were scarce, no wonder there was no flavor. We also had the fried mushrooms, which were absolutely gross and a caesar salad, which was fine. Just lettuce, some shredded parm and croutons w/caesar dressing, hard to mess up. Only thing wrong was the high price, $7.99 for half the salad you get at most pizza places for less. The atmosphere was that if a typical pizza place, though really outdated and filthy. The staff was very friendly, but that was about all this place had going for it. Definitely won't be going back! I've ate here before and the food isn't bad. However, after today I will not eat here anymore. I cannot eat dairy, not by choice but for medical reasons. When I ordered I was asked what I wanted on it. Cheese was not in the description of the sandwich, nor was it anything I added over the phone. It took me a quarter of my sandwich to realize that there was melted cheese mixed in with my mayonnaise. I'm not from the area so I dont know if it's the best pizza in town....but i can tell you I brought my 90 year old grandparents here tonight and the young man who served us was so kind and respectful towards them.
