Her pricing is as low as $100 for 5 edited photos if there's a promotion running! You can also pick up extra photos from your gallery for $10 a photo too. I have two dogs that are polar opposites of each other. One is really friendly but super noisy and the other is reactive but listens well! I love that she is calm during the session so my reactive dog doesn't get excited. I honestly don't trust a lot of people to be around her because she's so unpredictable sometimes. The best thing of all is you can keep your dogs on a leash and she'll edit them all out for you. The leashes are honestly my biggest pet peeve. She's also done a photo for one of my friends that was really touching. She photoshopped a dog that recently passed away in the photo of their most recent dog. I thought that was really sweet of her to do!

After taking a look at her portfolio online, I decided to book a full session with her and my mini Australian goldendoodle Finn. Sue was very communicative and we met early around sunrise to get the most beautiful pictures of Finnegan. You can see Chinaman's hat in some of the photos. Sue was great with Finn and directing us to get the best lighting for each photo. Beyond taking the wonderful photos, Sue was also meticulous in the editing of the photos to make sure it captured the Finn the best, and remove some of the seed pods that unfortunately got stuck in his paw when we were roaming around the beach. If you love your pet and want to capture some beautiful memories of them, I'd recommend Chipperton Photography. My only regret is not taking some pictures with Finnegan during our session. Including some of the photos that Sue took that day, which includes her watermark.

When I worked in a doggie day care I saw Keri take all kinds of photos to be used for the daycare website. She was able to work with a plethora of dogs in one room and the final images turned out great! I didn't get to know/work with her personally but I was really impressed seeing the photos on the website; they really captured each dogs personality. Now that I have a dog, when I saw Keri's booth at the pet expo I knew there was no one else who could take the perfect photos of our family. As I write this, I just came home from our viewing session where we got to see the final photos and put in our order. THEY ARE AMAZING! They're even better than I could have dreamed! Our dog, Komori, is a very serious pup most of the time. He loves dogs more than people so trying to get him to smile during our session is like any parent trying to get their kid to smile. I was so shocked to see that Keri got a bunch of adorable photos of him smiling! I think it was the duck callers/noise makers. When Keri pulled those out Komori couldn't stand a chance. Along with being well prepared, she was great at communicating. I knew when/where we were gonna meet, where to park, how the session is gonna go, what kind of framing she's going for, etc. And she knows how to work with any kind of situation. Komori's not a fan of surprises so when a wave crashed that scared him he did not want to sit on the wall anymore. Luckily, Keri already thought of a way to get sunset photos without being near the waves. I also love how in the pre-photoshoot questionnaire she asks "what motivates your dog?" When I read that question it was clear that she understands and treats every dog she meets as the unique pup they are and that she's done this many times. My fur kid was super fortunate enough to work with Keri a few times. She does such an amazing job when it comes to capturing his smile, personality, and quirkiness. From the beginning and through the end of the photoshoot process, she always keeps an open communication with her fur-clients' managers. Attended a birthday party here, the first one they have hosted. A lot of great things going on and…read moreeach animal with their own story. Don't want to give it all away but there are goats, pigs, ducks, chickens, geese, sheep, and cats. The animals change with each rescue they get. We were lucky enough to feed the goats, sheep, and pigs. The birthday girl brought the food so I would ask about that. They don't have plumbing so it's portapotty only. But it was really nice and clean. They have water at a sink and many hand sanitizers around. There is no animal products consumed on site so if you happen to have a party, eat offsite or offer to go bentos. They are working on expanding with a learning center but that seems to be an expense just out of reach. Consider donating while you are there or from the comfort of your own home. There is also a spa experience on site that allows you get a massage in nature. It's on the opposite side of the picnic/tent/birthday area but doesn't start until 12 and we were out of there by then. Overall, a really great experience. We learned about each animal, how they got there, and feed them. The founders really care for animals and it comes out in every volunteer there. Parking is on the side of the road but there is a good amount. The entrance is through the gate on pulama road right before the turn.

We drove by and noticed this place and gave the number a ring via Google, and we were able to get an appointment on short notice. The owner came out with a little money, as he was even generous enough to pay for my parking. We tried the dole whip and the other treats that they offered and all of them were delicious. You can tell that the owners are really passionate about cats and kittens, and they really care about customer service. There is a lot of thought and energy that has been put into this place. The cats were all friendly but remember they are still cats so they have claws. If anything, some just wanted to play and were a little more assertive about it :) I was so delighted with the experience that I made a voluntary donation for $100. Covid has destroyed a lot of small businesses and I would hate to see this one go even though I am from California. Thank you Kitty Cafe! Hope I visit again soon.

My fiance and I like to call ourselves cat lounge connoisseurs. Just jokes- that's just me, in my…read moreown head calling myself that. But we do visit cat cafes/lounges more often than not. We go to the two in town once every few months, and enjoy the wide range of cats and kitten alike. Rebekah L. introduced us to this new kitty cafe early late last month, however with our schedules and the busy-ness of this lounge, we were only able to schedule a visit this past weekend. So we loaded up, and drove to meet Rebekah in not-so-small Kailua Town. We lucked out on street parking and met up with our friend to walk into the most kitschy kitty place of our dreams. Literally. The waiting area was decorated with cat posters and comfy chairs to wait for check in. The most impressive part was the huge cat tiki that commanded attention as soon as walking in. One of the cat owners, Heather, advised that the statue was commissioned and the work was so beautifully done it had me wondering if I wanted a cat tiki in my apartment.. After check in, we were directed to the snacks for purchase before entering the 'cat room'. We opted for both treats, and it would be brought into the cat room after it was made. The dole whip was delicious and such a generous portion too. We also tried the acai bowl for 'research purposes' and I was shocked to learn in was vegan. The acai bowl sweetness wasn't overpowering as it sometimes can be, and the granola had a nice crunch to it. So far this kitten lounge has my favorite snacks- definitely blew the previous bean water and tea out of the water. The nicest touch (in my opinion) was that the owner also directed us where the bathroom was before starting our cat adventure. It was a very nice touch as many places do not offer bathrooms, especially cat lounges. We sanitized our hands and walked into the cat area. There was a main cat area, currently decorated in the tiki/Old Hawaii style with tiny grass huts and aloha shirt cats framing the walls. One thing I was surprised and delighted to discover was that there was multiple cat rooms! To the left of the main room, there was two smaller rooms, decorated 'cat' themed as well, with Chinese Cat Paw wallpaper and cat trees and toys all over. There was 'human' seating room all over the place, and the different rooms allowed much more space and time with cats than it would have been with just one big room. There was enough hiding space for the kittens to chill out for a nap. However they were relentless in their playing and just general 'kitten-ness' that there wasn't much napping when we were there. We currently have a soon to be three year old cat, and have been on the hunt for a possible candidate for our shy guy. One thing I didn't notice beforehand (in my excitement for cats) was that the lounge was only meant for kittens, and not cats of all ages. It didn't take away from my experience at all, but I was pleasantly surprised. My fiancé ended up falling for a cute tiny kitten named Kona, however it wasn't meant to be and we didn't end up adopting her. After our hour was up, we said a heartful goodbye to the kittens and the Owners, and left feeling much more relaxed than when we came in. We will be adding Aloha Kitty Cafe into our roster of cat lounges to visit and cannot wait for our next kitty play date!
