WE called THEM to check, since no one called us. There were spots, it turned out, but she refused to hold the spots for even a few hours, to get our card and pay. This is not their usual policy. Other people at the Cove have held spots every time for 24 hours, when they call US to tell us about the waitlist spots. This gives working families time to check their schedules and call in payment. If the city staff can't give working people 24 hours to pay, then they really don't need our tax dollars to pay their so-called "services". Really we should just replace these subhumans with AI bots, since all they can do is enforce "the policy" which is NOT the policy to begin with.

This was the first and only location visited when interested in purchasing a Hot Tub, felt comfortable at the location and the Staff was Great.  Once we decided on the right size of unit for the space available, the rest was easy with Great Assistance from Dylan.  We had to wait a week for delivery, and the delivery process went extremely smooth with no problems or damages.  Tyler and Sam delivered our unit and were very helpful in informing me of everything I needed to know for success.  Install was an Awesome Experience, Thanks Tyler and Sam!!! Thanks to this Tucson Family-Owned Business for putting my mind at ease at point-of-sale and without pressure of making a purchase.  This location also does repairs on their units as they get older and need Maintenace, and no need for searching for a repair person.  Solid!  Our unit works Wonderfully and is used almost every day and looks Great on our Patio without taking a lot of room.  It's Perfect and the Cover Bracket is the BEST Ever compared to our last unit!  WooHoo! I then assumed someone is not doing their actual job and vacuuming and cleaning for there truly is no reason for why this has persisted. I refuse to do it myself because I'm paying for this service. Going to have to start looking for other options now which again is a shame for over a year they had been great but something has happened with their service. Also I checked the paper work and it's just checkmarks and scribbled in "ok". my guess is a new negligent lazy employee. Already went into the store in person at the beginning of July and gave it some time since to see if my pool was corrected, unfortunately it is not. My maintenance guy neglected my pool while I was out of town for a few months…read more It turned green. We followed the advice on the internet, shocking it and waiting, but after two days it had only improved a bit. We went into Leslie's pool service looking for a pumice stone to scrub down the sides. Omar took one look at our pool pictures and said, "A pumice stone is not going to help." He recommended that we drain it and treat it directly with chlorinated bleach. He explained the whole process and cautioned against doing this during the day when the plaster might get too hot and crack. He didn't push products on us but instead was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We explained to him the problem with our previous pool service and he recommended some pool services that he knew were great. He added that this was the busy season and that if these guys were full, to call him back and he'd help. Well, we followed his advice and it worked! I got my sparkling pool back! While we were draining the pool, we found black algae was starting to grow on the floor of the pool. If we hadn't drained it, we probably wouldn't have been able to directly kill it the way it needed to go. The pool service he recommended came out a few days later and also did a terrific job taking care of us. I depend on the internet for a lot of things, but Leslie's Pool Supplies is where I will always go from now on. Thanks Omar!
