This was the first and only location visited when interested in purchasing a Hot Tub, felt comfortable at the location and the Staff was Great.  Once we decided on the right size of unit for the space available, the rest was easy with Great Assistance from Dylan.  We had to wait a week for delivery, and the delivery process went extremely smooth with no problems or damages.  Tyler and Sam delivered our unit and were very helpful in informing me of everything I needed to know for success.  Install was an Awesome Experience, Thanks Tyler and Sam!!! I honestly am impressed he was able to manage it without having to carve out a section of the exterior wall, but he removed the hatch frame and put it back after. He was able to get a little more room. Dave brought a pump just in case it was toast, but he also had the actual defective aerator circuit part that was blown on our pump. He is available during the weekends. 100% recommended. Communication was great by text and email. He was spot on at the 11am apt. The payment was easy for the deposit prior and f/u after apt for the remaining balance. He also fixed the leaking tub faucet. Knowledgeable for all plumbing needs. Thank you.

Seth responded quickly and said his idea how they would approach to this issue, and also said an approximate price for this project. So we set up an appointment, agreed on signing a contract. Seth and his dad and brother arrived on time, and worked all day, and it was very difficult task. They have found 1 water line broken and it wasn't ours, it was other neighbor's water pipe and they were thankful and fixed it next day. But our water line wasn't found until end of working day and took a lot of patience and efforts. American Leak Detection team guys were very professional and smart to use different ways to monitor a water leakage. It was a deep laying pipe at a beginning of mane water line. Seth…read more(and apprentice Troy) of American Leak Detection came out, right on time, and found my underground miniscule pinhole leak of 2/100th of a gallon leak per minute on my 2 acre property with hundreds of feet of pressurized water lines going in all directions from the street meter to the house, within the house, and way over to the pool and irrigation. The leak was intermittent and there were no wet spots on the ground. I was alerted to the leak via my iPhone water leak detection app called Flume. I've yet to speak to gardeners, irrigation specialists, or plumbers who were aware of Flume, but Seth was, so he knew exactly what he was up against with the small leak that I had. Seth said it was one of the more difficult leaks to find. It took all morning and part of the afternoon to locate using 4 different methods - visual, then audio, then nitrogen, then finally helium was pumped into the water line as a last resort. The leak was detected under a large slab of cemented-in stonework and retaining wall - The sniffer detected helium coming up all around the slab and it's cracks, so I now know exactly where to dig. I'm thrilled and what a relief that repair is in sight thanks to these guys. Seth was ever-willing to answer my numerous questions and never minded me watching what they did. When making my appointment, I was advised of the price, which seemed fair enough considering what I thought might be involved. They also told me if nitrogen or helium was necessary, which it was, the price would be more, depending on how much gas was necessary. Seth confirmed as much at each diagnostic step to get my approval. Like I said, I'm totally pleased by my experience of American Leak Detection and would hire them again.

He'd sold me the spa when he worked for Thermo Spa, and I paid over $30K but he couldn't remember that I had the large swim spa, so he didn't have "time" to stay while it filled. Apparently he emptied and cleaned the spa, turned on the hose, texted me at 11:48 am to say he'd just left with the water still running, which scares me at the best of times. Who does that? I was at work and wouldn't be home for several hours. So I arrived home at 5:15, worried that the spa had overflowed, but there was no more than a foot of water, so the water was not running, but the filter was pulled out and no chemicals had been added - so now I have to fill the spa, turn the breaker back on, put in the chemicals and reinsert the filter. Isn't that what he gets paid for? He never told me what I'd need to do to get the thing back up and running, but he did manage to send the invoice for $200, which price he'd offered me at the time of the sale. When I called and spoke to him about how he'd left me in the lurch, he said he'd saved me $500 and did a really good job. Seriously? I provided the electricity, the water and the chemicals, how is that worth $500? He may have provided a bucket, not sure. A really good job would have been for him to return later in the day to check on the running water, or stay as he should have while it filled. Isn't that what we're paying him to do? I think it's what "spa maintenance" actually means. The worse part for me is that his business name is misspelled on the invoice - I can't get past that. He spelled "repair" "reapair." If you own a repair business you should know how to spell the word. Stay away!!

I then assumed someone is not doing their actual job and vacuuming and cleaning for there truly is no reason for why this has persisted. I refuse to do it myself because I'm paying for this service. Going to have to start looking for other options now which again is a shame for over a year they had been great but something has happened with their service. Also I checked the paper work and it's just checkmarks and scribbled in "ok". my guess is a new negligent lazy employee. Already went into the store in person at the beginning of July and gave it some time since to see if my pool was corrected, unfortunately it is not. Might be best to look for alternative services If looking for a pool maintainer.

Update number 2 and it will be brief…read more After posting my first update (and, if we're being an honest, a public post on Facebook in which I tagged Valley Oasis and mentioned a potential lawsuit), I was contacted by Noah through Facebook Messenger, and my husband received a phone call. Noah came by, looked at the pool, and a couple months later all of the issues were fixed. The hole under the waterfall was patched, the Venturi nozzle was replaced, and the damage to the decking was repaired and the entire surface coated in a grey cool-decking type material. My water bill has been cut in half (amazing how much water can quietly leak from a pool). Why only three stars? Because it shouldn't have taken that long to get someone's attention. If you go with this company, keep on it and stand firm.

We hired PPP to chip out our existing pool, repair cracks, replaster, replace the ladder, install…read morean auto-leveler, and replace the pool light--basically a brand new pool. The quote was on par with other companies, and our pool guy had recommended PPP so it seemed like a no brainer. It took a really long time for the work to be completed, and there were nonstop additional costs all along the way. The gentleman who did the quote botched it, and at one point we had 4 gentlemen from PPP come out (including the gentleman who gave the quote) to our house to discuss all of the additional costs. They bickered amongst themselves and told the gentleman who gave the quote that he did a poor job, and then they walked him around the yard to give him pointers of where he should be looking for future quotes. It was awkward and unprofessional, and in the end we agreed to split the cost. After that, communications became extremely curt, all of the work seemed to be done much more sloppily, and we are still waiting for them to come back to fix the ladder that they installed incorrectly. When friends ask me who did our pool, I tell them "Pima Pool Plastering, but I do not suggest you use them".
