I have been twice this month and both times had a good experience. The first time was with the girls. Our table was close to the bar, so the bartender was serving us. She brought several small tastings of different beers before we each made a selection; I love when bars do this so you are not wasting your money on a drink you do not care for. This alone gets an extra star for me. LOTS of beer and cider choices on tap. There is a clipboard at each table with 3 pages of drink options. We ordered two different pizzas and both were delicious. One of them we ordered had a cauliflower crust because of some food allergies and it was great! If they can made cauliflower crust that good it puts them ahead of other places, as that is very hard to do and do well. Our bartender did a great job of taking care of us even though we were not sitting at the bar. I returned about a week later with my grandkids; again the pizza was great. Then crust was crispy and light and the topping were generous. The service seemed a little slow but overall we still had a good experience. We have been Parry's a total of four times. The first time a few months ago was unremarkable. We went back a couple of weeks ago and ended a salad and one of the best Margarita Pizzas (called Not Yo Mama's Margarita Pizza) we've ever had. So many margarita pizzas are a some mozzarella hunks along with some tomato and basil. Parry's was delicious different, with a better distribution of ingredients and sauces. We picked up one a couple of weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed it. Yesterday on 12/17 we ordered (Take Out) the same Margarita Pizza and a I Love Meat pizza. We began to eat it immediately after we got home and noticed that it very crispy and seemed burnt. After looking at it we saw why it didn't taste good. We had company and didn't have time to drive back and ( wait another 30 plus minutes ( we had placed the order ahead of time online) so we scraped off the burnt as best as we could. I called and was told old a manager would be with me shortly... they finally picked up the phone and told me I could text my complaint to a number that they gave me. I have not received any communication from them. Each pizza was over $25, one would think that they might want to at least say sorry, I guess they don't really care about hearing from a customer. A unburned Dominos would have been far superior and cheaper too. read more

Went again and the service was great. Our server was very attentive. This time we went a little later in the evening and it was a bit busier than last time. Everyone was very kind and kept checking on us. The food was amazing again. The beer was ice cold. Our server Rebecca was very nice and will definitely ask for her again. Passing through and this restaurant was close to our hotel, so we went for pizza & drinks. Food was good, served hot, drinks were cold and waitress was great and fun. It was my ladies and i first time going to parry's after learning they had gluten free pizza which is amazing because i get sad from missing pizza. i had to change the cheese to ricotta which was still baller. Dan the man was our server and that man blew our minds and enjoyed talking to the table. Seemed like a vibing place. Walked in and was told a 15 to 20 minute, which isn't true. Visited for the First Time this Parry's Pizzeria & Taphouse on a Sunday for Lunch for our Pizza craving. Was very pleased to learn All Day Sunday it's "HAPPY HOUR"! Further pleased to learn they have over 64 Beers on Tap!! We were in Pizza/Tap Heaven! During Happy Hour they offer Signature Beers for $4!!! We tried SEVERAL THINGS on their Menu. 18" Pizza, Giant Pretzel with Beer Cheese Dip, Chicken Wrap, Burger with Fries and even Dessert their Fried Bread with Rasberry, Chocolate and Carmel Dipping Suace... and EVERYTHING was Fresh and Hott!! Tried their American Apple Beer and it was Devine! A taste like no other... Sweet and Good! Although there was some confusion once we got the bill. One of their Beers we thought was a Signature Beer received and would be Billed the $4 Happy Hour Charge... Waiter stated what was actually given wasn't a Signature Beer and was Billed $7? With over 64 Beers on Tap can be an honest mistake to make so I recommend to CHECK with the Waiter before order so there is no confusion once the bill arrives. Went to Parry's on Saturday Feb.1. Had called and got on 12:30 waitlist and arrived a little before that. Got seated right away--no wait. Originally seated near group with kids bday party so asked to move a few tables forward. No problem with a move. There were 4 of us and ordered drinks. Took a bit of time but no hurry. Alcohol drinks were a little on the weak side. Anyway our waitress was "London". What a great girl she was. Friendly,funny,knew the food etc. she checked occasionally when needed. We ordered a couple of orders of wings and 2 different pizzas.Wings were ok and not spicy. Portions were small as not really wings but chicken nuggets of sorts. Had 2 14" pizzas which were ok . Have had better pizzas elsewhere but can't complain. Again London was fantastic and tipped her well. Will certainly go again and try something new on the menu read more

First, I want to start out by saying how excited I was to have a Pizzeria/Craft House on this side of town. I was a waiter for many years, and I understand it is not an easy job. Dealing with the public can be nightmarish. I will ALWAYS be polite to the servers even if I get bad service, but their tip (which I will always leave) will reflect the service I was given. That might be 50%, it might be 10% ( I never go below 10%). I will also add that Parry's was NOT busy at all. Let's start with the service. We get there, and the waitress takes our drink order pretty quickly. She brings the drinks back, and we ask for water, which she was gracious enough to get. She comes back, about 10 minutes later, and takes our food order. I asked for two items, and she had to write them down and ask me again what I ordered. We got a margherita pizza and some "medium spicy" hot wings with bleu cheese dressing. She brings out the pizza and the wings at the same time. Fine. They have those pizza towers, which are way off balance, by the way, and my spouse knocks over a glass of water. Not because the tower was off balance, but because he's clumsy. OOPS. Now I don't expect the wait staff to clean up after me, but this waitress did not even bother to ask us to help. She brought us a fistful of napkins, dropped them at the table, and walked away. FINE. We will clean up a FULL glass of ice water and have a table of soggy wet napkins. She never offered to take the soggy wet napkins and did not even offer to help, but walked two tables over and ki-ki-ed with that table. She did not bring us plates, and I waited to see her to ask, then ended up asking the extremely friendly hostess, who brought us plates immediately. The hostess also got a fresh glass of ice water for my spouse, which our server never offered to do. This waitress was a 2/10 easy. Maybe she was new, and I hope she gets better if she sticks with this gig. Now the food. The wings were just meh, probably 5/10 being generous. Medium spicy should be somewhat spicy, but these were not; they had a poor excuse for some type of buffalo sauce, and the bleu cheese dressing was like water. Not good at all. The pizza was mid. I have had worse and I have had better. The marinara sauce was good, the crust was bland, but the toppings were not too bad. Oh, and one last thing. When I went and asked for plates from the hostess, a man I assumed was the manager was there, and I made sure he overheard me telling her that our waitress had not been around in some time and failed to bring us plates. No way he did not hear me. He sauntered a few minutes later, asking how the food was, and I told him it was okay. He just walked by and asked the table at the following how their food was. Oh well. So I am not impressed with Parry's Pizzeria, matter of fact, disappointed, and we won't be back, which I hate cause I love pizza and I LOVE beer. Their "craft beer" selected consisted of 4 tap beers and again, not that great. I am a bit of an IPA snob, and this was weak. Good Luck to you, Parry's.
