Sofa and loveseat were delivered by Saturday afternoon. Luis was great! He delivered both put them together set them up exactly how I wanted them set up in my great room and did it in a very thoughtful and clean manner. I was greeted by Sam (Samantha), who just asked me a few questions and based off my answers, directed me to particular areas of the store. She let me take my time and browse and we conversed more. I explained my style and had pics of some of my own pieces. She pointed out some brands that meet that style. Be advised... this is quality furniture and the price reflects that. These pieces will last decades. That said, I will not be purchasing entire rooms but more a few pieces to complement my existing ones. She has been a designer for many years and has a good eye and knack for blending styles or existing pieces with new. As I am in transition housing-wise, I was not ready to purchase but will definitely consider utilizing Sam and her expertise in updating my style and furnishings. **She let me know that she is now at the Tempe location but can meet up at any of their locations if anyone is interested. Update: I changed my rating from 4 stars to 5. I had been contacted by them to find out what could they have done to earn a 5 star review. I try not to give out 5 stars flippantly. What could they have done differently? Actually, nothing. Sam was really easy going, and not into hard selling tactics. Based upon reflection, I upgraded them to 5 stars. See pictures of faulty product below that has been out of use with broken motors beginning in April 2025 about 9 months after delivery. Seat cushions are terrible and did not hold up for what is supposed to be quality furniture. The company denies and delays until client is one year past warranty. I've even been willing to work with a compromise but they are stubborn. Say they're willing to help but not providing evidence or such or any progress. Plenty of other vendors out there save yourself the aggravation.

Purchased what I thought was an Italian couch and chair. Apparently Woodbridge sells Natuzzi from China; which I come to find out is far inferior to Natuzzi from Italy. You guessed it. Multiple breakdowns with the chair AND couch. Woodbridge Interiors' first repairman said that the chair is unrepairable because it's out-of-square, apparently. See pic. It got stuck! After only a few months! When I tried to get the less-than-a-year old couch repaired (for the second time!), the owner, Supai Chiao, called me directly and said that unless I pay an ADDITIONAL $1,300 in fees for service he won't help. I explained that I paid in full before delivery. After a bit of silence, Mr. Chiao agreed that I did pay in full, but STILL insisted that I either pay the $1,300 fee or call Natuzzi directly and HUNG UP on me! Unbelievable. I can prove it. Simply, Mr. Chiao, the owner, is lying. I am now forced to seek third party remedies. Check out all their complaints on BBB. Do not shop Woodbridge. And don't believe them either. **FOLLOW UP to the owner's reply** Please see the owner's reply. Not true. And the owner said so. The story about a balance due and a "custom upholstery product" is fabricated. See proof. I NEVER ordered any "custom" ANYTHING. Woodbridge is confusing me with someone else, and they know it. I told the owner that on the phone. Mr. Chiao was insistent about the $1,300 before he would send a repairman. He then hung up on me. No kidding! That's why the Arizona A.G. is involved. I look forward to the mediation. I have receipts showing "Paid in Full" They wouldn't have delivered the original items if they weren't paid in full. Those are Woodbridge's rules, and I fell for it. Why would I buy again from Woodbridge after this fiasco?? Ugh. I have shareed this same reply to the Arizona Attorney General along with the BBB. *AVOID WOODBRIDGE INTERIORS*
