This is one of those experiences I am still telling my friends and family to avoid. I came in for a cleaning that I hadn't gotten done in while, but I had kept up twice a day brushing. Everyone except the main dentist was super friendly, and made me want to come back. The dentist came in and acted like I was going to die without certain procedures. I guess it was a tactic he had employed in this area because it's "loaded with money" and been successful. I vowed never to return. It was the worst experience of so many good ones of my life I had at a dentist that I don't even want to visit a Dentist anymore. Stay away from this practice. My dental hygienist, Linda, always greets me on time, is always kind and knowledgeable, works thoroughly and efficiently, and completes a pain-free cleaning. To kick off the good reviews for this year, I wanted to brag about my new preferred dentist. I searched the Yelp machine for a good dentist near me, and I was surprised by the terrible reviews of the local chains. One bad dental experience is enough to make me trust Yelp. Parsons Pointe is friendly to all PPO insurances. If you're uninsured, they offer programs that can help. They have a $99 uninsured new patient special for a cleaning and x-ray. They also have a personalized insurance plan for $100/year that qualifies you for 40% off all services. I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time when I visited Parsons Pointe. I had some exposed dentin, and I was freaked out enough to make my appointment because of that. I divulged that this was my reason for finally returning to the dentist. If the dentist would've suggested filling all of the areas of exposed dentin, I would've happily complied. Fortunately, Parsons Pointe cares about professionalism and ethics. The dentist didn't see any signs of decay on the x-ray and listened when I told her that the exposed dentin strangely wasn't sensitive. As a result, she said no fillings would be needed, and she told me the likely cause of my scary teeth. I know I can trust Parsons Pointe Dental Care for all of my needs, and I will be returning here as long as they stay in business. read more

When I walked into the office, I was not greeted (I was the first appointment, and the only person in the waiting room). The receptionist was on a personal call (speaker phone) and was a little put out when I went to the desk. The dental hygienist mumbled under her mask and didn't tell me what she was doing. I had a severe dental emergency on Christmas. Not able to reach my dentist walked into Dr Lemus's office at 7AM day after holiday.
