Both of my daughters had him as their instructor, and both passed their drivers test the first time. Yes, he does take the time to talk to them and explain to them, not driving 100% of the time. But that is absolutely necessary. He quizzes them on questions they may be asked, is sure that they know where essential parts of their car are located, and provides Youtube videos that they can watch on their own time. With our first daughter, we went along for one of the lessons, and learned a lot ourselves. My younger daughter, who is very judgemental, says that she really learned a lot from Chuck, and has no problem commenting on and criticizing driving habits that I have picked up over time when I am driving. Usually prefaced by "Chuck said that you should...." He has his own hybrid car but did the lessons with my 19 year old daughter in the car that she was going to be driving for her drivers test and thereafter (which was our choice). If possible, he will take your child on an anticipated route that they will have for their drivers test to give them an idea of what they might expect. Those who had not completed the course by 8/31/22 would have to send an email to customer service and request the account be transferred to the new platform. The account transfer was not automatic - not exactly the most efficient for the customers. The "best" part? My son would have to begin the courses from the beginning but.... wait for it... "free of cost." The customer paid for it, you changed the platform while failing to transfer pertinent information, leading to the customer having to repeat all completed lessons, and boast about it being no charge to the customer for this severe inconvenience? What kind of online-based learning system proceeds with platform change without transferring existing customer progress? Months of his progress was gone. Refund? Not happening because it exceeded the 30-day refund policy. Disappointing and unprofessional... But yes, folks, those substandard qualities are free of cost!

I just completed the Sunday Riding School at SoCal Supermoto with Brian, and it was an outstanding…read moreexperience. My buddy and I attended along with 10 other riders, making for a class of 12. Brian was an incredible instructor. He took the time to photograph each of us on track and reviewed the photos in the classroom, providing personalized feedback and coaching. Despite the class size, he made sure every rider received individual attention and valuable instruction. The course was fun, engaging, and packed with practical advice that applies to any type of motorcycle riding. We had more track time than any of us expected. The morning was spent on the pavement, then we incorporated the dirt section in the afternoon. The day finished with open riding, allowing us to put everything we learned into practice. By the end of the day, we were completely worn out--in the best way possible. I can't recommend this class highly enough. A huge thank you to Brian and the entire staff for an amazing experience. I can't wait to sign up for another class!

Brian's staff and instructors are experienced track and street riders who bring great energy to the classroom. They provide gear if you need it (huge plus), but if you're riding in Riverside, definitely bring your own helmet--it gets HOT out there. And yes, there's pizza, and yes, you'll leave with awesome action photos and a huge smile on your face. They will teach you to ride on track but more importantly, you learn skills that help with bike handling that you can also use on the street. They even teach you how to ride on dirt (hard pack). Can't recommend it enough.
