This one seemed good then I had trouble signing in it was probably user error and it was late in the evening, so I called the phone number in the website and a very polite young woman answered She was very polite and what is more she helped me get signed on and told me I could call back if needed This is impressive these days you can't even get a human to answer the phone Well, I got everything in just by midnight and I checked the next day and Maurrice answered the phone. He was very polite. Couldn't follow up yet because it takes a couple days for the DMV to note that you got your paperwork in well. I did follow up when he asked me to and he got right back to me and told me everything I've been taken care of . The course itself is definitely doable. MM traffic school has horrible customer service. Had an appt today at 430pm. I show up and can't find suite 11. I asked a couple of other businesses in the same building and they didn't know where this traffic school was at. So I call and it goes straight to voice-mail. After walking around this labyrinth of a building I gave up. Finally was able to get ahold of someone. They say they are coming out to get me. 10 minutes go by and nothing. Finally decided to just leave. Very unprofessional service and setting of the business. There is plenty of other traffic schools. I highly recommend you stay away.Btw I wasn't the only one lost. Welp, I got my first speeding ticket. The dread of having to deal with the consequences of traffic school was fierce, and yet I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth process was. At least, that was the case with my experience with MM Traffic School. I chose it because it was on the DMV's list of accredited traffic schools, and it had good reviews. The course was affordable, the content was well written, and the final exam was very straightforward​. Where MM Traffic School really shined for me was with the assistance I received when my insurance company notified me that I still had an open traffic violation on my record, months after I completed the course! When I called, my information was taken down and I was notified that the owner himself would call me, which he did! He was very friendly and genuinely concerned with helping me solve the problem. Long story short, it turned out that it was an error on the side of the issuing court in which they didn't ap​ply my payment, despite the fact that they had received the notice of completion from MM Traffic School. Online course cost $19.99. Very easy, boring but easy process. I forgot I had these tickets right, yes I said tickets. I was allowed to complete traffic school to avoid a point deduction, the other ticket, well um uh.. it goes to trial soon (I'm innocent if any of you get picked for the jury) ahahahahaha.. just kidding. The other ticket eh, I have to pay and no traffic school. Anywho, I unfortunately waited until the night before my ticket and traffic school was due(women do that). I found MM traffic school on Yelp. Signed in, poured a glass of wine and began. The online course is easy to navigate through. There's mini quiz's throughout the course that are easy. You have to pass the final test with at least a 70%. There's a total of 25 questions. Oh, and it's "open book" thank God because we all know most of us just skim thru the course to get to the final test. It is at your own pace, meaning you don't have to wait until the night before your stuff is due! Total time to complete was about 2 hours, give or take a few glasses if vino. The certificate is automatically sent to the DMV. Tip: drive safe and follow the laws of the road! read more

Having only done this one, I don't know how it compares, but I thought the material was actually very well laid-out and interesting to go through with appropriate pictures and short videos mixed in with jokes, one-liners and funny insurance claims. The only thing I would have liked better is a completion % tracker so I could know how far along I was since the last few chapters finally started seeming like a bit too much. Thanks for the good experience on an otherwise annoying situation to have to go through. Also, when I first had to do my 30 day extension I called the owner and he was available right away and very helpful with answering my questions so that I could feel confident about what I was entitled to do with that extension. read more

The certificate had to be in the hands of the Court/DMV no later than Jan 6 but I am to leave for an area with no internet service so it was crucial to complete and pass the course without delay today. I had glitches with my computer which almost sent me into a panic but when I called the school Mike answered and was very, very patient while my dysfunctional computer was uncooperative. The woman who answered took my information and said someone would get back to me soon...I still haven't heard from them or had my question resolve.d They advertise being available Monday through Sunday until 4:00 pm, so I expected to resolve this today. Great online solution to traffic school. Did a quick search of reviews and found this school. Paid around $25 for the course and verification of sent to DMV for citation. It was simple and an easy online experience. The exam at the end is 25 questions, you can take it twice and you have to pass with 18/25. I would recommend this school as it only takes an hour or so to complete it. The review material is simple and easy to scroll through. They make you wait an hour before you can take the test in order to review the material again. But overall a good resource. read more

I was looking for a traffic school and I was discouraged by all the ones with good ratings for which all the commenters wrote only to get their discount code used. I had the impression those schools weren't professional and demanded extra money to process the paperwork in a reasonable time. And MM traffic school looked different. I was on a time crunch for traffic school- i mean literally like the last day! I did it on my phone, skimmed through the readings ans finished in less than an hr and passed on the first try! So happy i went w this place as i did one traffic school prior and they had hidden messages in between paragraphs. What i mean by this is, they'd for example have a random sentence saying something like "i got a 1.5carrot diamond ring for my wife"- and at the end they'd ask u questions about these random hidden messages to make sure you really read through them (this other class took me 6 hrs no joke and i took twice!!).
