One of my favorite thrift stores ... always find something I need and too many things I want. Large inventory to look through, shop is well laid out and they do a great job of displaying the variety of items - plus the store is immaculate. Only small negative is the pace of the volunteers working the cash register. Luckily, I am retired - but you do need to allow a little extra time because they are a little slow. I'm so tired of employees and now a manager telling/accusing me I'm "trying to take advantage" of a store that makes their money from free donations for charity when I've been supporting this and the former store for 10 years. I once got accused by an employee of "taking advantage" of buying all (6) men's Pendleton wool shirts that she felt were "miss priced" at $8 each and she wanted to take them back to be repriced before so could buy them. SMH Today, I tried to make two separate purchases to use my $5 off discount for spending over $100 in their store and the stores Friday $5 off a $20 purchase discount as I was making two total purchases over $80. This manager tells me it's against policy (which could not be shown or provided) that customers can not make separate purchases in the store and discounts can only be used once per day per customer. Then proceeds to tell me how I'm trying to take advantage. I would love for this store's general manager to call and explain to me how separate purchases are against "policy." And please also provide me the policy that shows how you track any other customer coming in at 9am and making a purchase and then at 4pm and how you track people using discounts. This argument is ridiculous. I earned my $5 discount and I know it can't be combined with the Friday promotion, hence the separate purchases. Explain to me how it's any different than coming in the store twice in a day. Please post your policies, I'd love to see them. I'm tired of self righteous people making rules on the spot and can't then can't back them up. The irony in all of this is your manager then proceeded to give me a military discount after berating me for wanting to use two discount promotions in a day. Which I called her out for. She then knew her whole hypocritical point was invalid. Do better Partners In Care, I like many people have been supporting your cause for many years in buying your free donations; I'm not not the one taking advantage of anyone in this relationship. read more

It is great that Partners In Care has kept the doors open but they are still have not changed the same unacceptable issue I wrote about almost three years ago -- a complete lack of appreciation of donors. Without donations, this organization would not have the revenue it needs to continue its programming. Having recently dropped off seven bags of items that included colorful jewelry, handblown glassware and literally dozens of other appealing items that I took hours to set aside for PIC to increase their coffers, the volunteer who received the large bags not only didn't offer a donation letter but did not so much as say even a small "thank you on behalf of PIC" for any of it. I appreciate your work, Partners In Care; how is it that you do not appreciate mine? read more

I been coming to this location since they open and I have given them many donations of nice things that they can sell but after what I experienced on last week I will take my stuff anywhere else and not to them! Not sure who they think they are but I had a cashier tell me I was a liar and that when I told her she over charged me the day before she was saying that was not my receipt! either the woman is half simple she shouldn't be working desk! I had my receipt and the ticket was still on the bracelet that I purchased and had receipt it hadn't even been 24 hours later! She said it was not the right receipt I was in shock she was saying that cause it was all in black & white either she's simple minded and she she shouldn't be working the desk! The receipt said they charge me $8 and the ticket said $5 I didn't realize it till I got home and I called there lady said bring in so next day I was in area I go to PlanetFitness and stopped in and boy this lady was rude and saying they don't do refunds I told her it's not a refund you over charged me bottom line and she said if she had $3 in her pocket she would give me I laughed in her face asked to talk to a manager and she said she was a supervisor and she wasn't giving me nothing! I took my receipt and bracelet and told her a few choice words I was extremely mad! I will never step foot in there again and I will never donate there ever again! I think that store is getting to big for there britches! I will never tell anyone else bout that store and I will tell them how rude and how they don't care bout seniors! I am a 65 year old woman battling cancer right now she made me feel as low as it goes! the bracelet was a Volunteer Craft that was worth a $1 and priced for $5 I was with my friend the day I got it said it's cute I like colors not worth $5 but it's for charity but I be damned I pay $8 for it! When ticket said $5 it's all principle here! Plus I had spent over $10 so lady said want to use your $5 so I did so technically she over charged me $3 and then used my $5 so I got $2 off! Lol it's a joke and so is Partners in Care ! I will never step foot in there again! I gave two stars for some of the good volunteers that work there as I was leaving a little old Lady walked up to me and gave me a paper with a number to call to complain! She knew I was right she overheard the whole conversation and I raised my voice so did everyone in store I was very mad I felt embarrassed and and she made me feel like a liar and a thief!!! As professional women we were shocked to become a victim of racial profiling today. My friend and l picked up several items which we intended to purchase. An employee started following us around the store asking if we intended to purchase the items we had. We went to the dressing room. She insisted we could only take back 5 items which l understand. She proceeded to stand directly outside of our dressing room acting as if we were going to steal something. She even took some of the items which were in our cart and put them back on the shelf. Does not seem a good way to run a charitable business!! I would think the purpose of a store would be to make money through selling things. She was very rude the entire time we were trying things on. She told us we had too many things and needed to hurry up because she was ready to leave And would not have time to put the items away It was3:30 and they close at 5!! Then she asked me if l realized one of the items l had cost $60. Left feeling very humiliated and insulted. I did spend $200 since it was after all for charity but we would have probably spent twice the amount if we were not harassed. read more

I love going here and searching for the sale items. They are very clean and uncluttered. Customer service has greatly improved and hours are convenient. I find deals from new to 1800's. Parking is always great and you can pull up to the door for pick up. read more

See their monthly calendar for discount and sale days. I have shopped here numerous times and I always leave with great bargains, especially clothing for my mom. Latest great finds Calvin Klein dress, Nine West suit, Tommy Hilfiger dress, and a Coach bag. Shop often new items are always arriving in excellent condition. read more
