They arrived promptly for delivery/pickup, and flew through the set-up/takedown professionally and skillfully. The 20x40 canopy housed enough space for 40. The lights inside the canopy, along with the heaters, lit up the space nicely. The black linens on the tables were an additional charge, (sparkly tablecloth is mine). All tables and chairs also clean, nothing broken. The porta potty/hand wash combo was extremely clean and had a bright light. I needed an outdoor tent, tables and chairs for our family event. I used Yelp for research, found Party All The Time and after going through her prices and packages on their website, I sent a request. Spoke to the manager to rent 10 floor length white table linens. It was a $150 estimate which I figured was okay as I was throwing a baby shower for myself and did not want to launder and press linens myself, last thing I need to worry about being 8 months pregnant. The linens arrived on time, however they arrived in a plastic trash bag wrinkled and some evidence of stains on them. I asked the manager after examining the linens the day before my event if they could do anything about the wrinkles and creases and was told it was an additional charge and 48 hours notice needed for clean pressed linens so they were unable to take care of it. I guess it was my fault as the consumer for assuming that when I rent linens that they would be party ready, but lesson learned. I was also disappointed that 9 of the 10 linens were the same length, but there was one table cloth that was significantly shorter than the rest. Pick up was not as smooth as drop off as I was notified 45 minutes before they were coming to my home in the middle of a weekday. Thankfully my brother was home to hand off the linens. I am sure other customers have had better luck with this company, but for me personally I would recommend A1 party rentals. I used them for a large backyard wedding and they were excellent. A1 party rentals serves the same area, they had clear cut pricing along with clear communication, not to mention their party rental equipment was in great shape. I attached photos to show what I was mainly disappointed in: wrinkles, stains, and mismatched linens. I hope this review helps any other customers if they're on the fence about using this company. Update: In response to business owners reply I would like to say I do appreciate you updating future customers on the added service of clean and pressed linens, like I said it was assumed on my part that they would come ready to go without me having to double check a business's work. I wanted to clarify we had the linens delivered Friday afternoon so we would not have fit in that 48 hour period regardless. read more
