Good price, but as far as communication goes very wary. Told us on the day they drop off they could pick up same day by 9 pm We texted and Called and waited. We were left on read with no answer multiple times. It would have been decent for at least an update to when pick up would be. Never was told when they would pick up Only time they called was after they already picked up (which was next day) and asked for payment They had Took off clothes lines for the jumper to fit but when they picked up materials. I rented once from this company they were okay they picked up the water slide same day. I contracted them when they were doing a set up at my neighbors house. I tried contracting him again for a separate occasion and he just leaves me on read. I tried contracting him TWICE and he doesn't at least have the audacity to at least tell me he is not available. Instead he posts all day on Instagram and claims he always takes care of his customers and thanking them for always renting from them. I guess there's favoritism or only caters to certain ones above others. Unless you personally know him don't expect a reply from him. I called Friday and immediately a man answered, he sounded busy but still asked me what I needed and when. I provided day, location and the jumper I wanted. He said he didn't have that specific one and would send me a picture in 10 min of the one he does have. 2 hrs passed and I messaged him politely and understanding that he was busy and i was only persistent because another company canceled last minute. I just wanted to make sure he had a jumper available so I don't waste my time else where. He responded asking the same questions he did on the phone which i then again provided. No response. Next day passed and never messaged me back, but he had time to post 6+ instagram posts. I'm upset because I was very understanding of how busy he was.
