One thing I love is they provide recipe cards with suggestions on how to use their olive oils, vinegars etc. to make awesome dishes. That's how we first discovered the incredible vanilla bean olive oil waffle recipe. Another great service they provide is the ability to sample most everything. The store features other local products like jams, honey, granola etc. They have the OliveSpa line of body care products also. So many great items to shop for! Many years ago we took the tour and learned all about how the olive oil is made. And you cannot forget the Del Piero Kitchen where you can come dine for breakfast, lunch, dinner or brunch. Oftentimes on weekends they have festivals or live music on the patio. It's just a happening place - definitely worth checking out.

Never got that Bday Bundt like they promise- NOT A SINGLE REWARD/ DISCOUNT, etc. Their loyalty rewards program is a total scam. My mom always gets them and her birthday reward and in over the five years I have received nothing. I was told at first it's different from store to store. Second, I somehow didn't even have an account (as I was logged in viewing all my past orders on the phone with them ) and thirdly, just gave up trying after visiting the Scottsdale location. What bothers me most is when I had to buy one in Scottsdale in February this year they told me they couldn't find me AGAIN and my purchase would only qualify for that specific location too. I suppose my recommendation is to find an actual location that utilizes the reward system and only order from them for every single event- that is definitely not our QC location. My mother has told me she has had the same problems and literally drives to farther locations to purchase due to this. Unfortunately, QC is so distant and with the chaos of kids, work, school, volunteer- I just can't and that is just ABSURD. Please fix this- customers shouldn't be subjected to their loyalty based on the franchise location to honor it! If you're going to have a rewards system- make it fair for every customer!

My coworkers surprised me with the lemon raspberry GF cake, and it was such a treat. The cream cheese frosting was perfectly smooth and rich, and the cake itself was incredibly moist and packed with flavor (my fellow GF friends know that's no small feat!).
