Everyone at Party Center is absolutely amazing but a huge thank you goes out to Katie and Pam for donating balloons, tablecloths, silverware, plates, napkins and cups to the Kimi Nichols Center for our first ever prom! The Kimi Nichols Center supports adults with developmental and intellectual challenges and Party Center and these 2 amazing ladies helped make this day so special for our clients! A typical party store that has all kinds of seasonal/. holiday and wedding supplies. Lots of cheap paper goods, party hats, novelties, costumes, confetti, candy, tableware, decorations, candy, and more. Over Halloween, this store changed inventory and carried just all Halloween crap. Kind of inventive. I had to pick up some supplies for work, and easily dropped $50 bucks on basically crap that we used and then threw out after the party. Prices are kind of high I believe. They carry stuff that the Christmas Tree Store does not carry, so they can charge the higher prices. I won't make it it a habit to shop here. Only in a pinch. It was a tough decision for my daughter to choose a balloon theme for her eleventh birthday party. I must admit, I was slowly losing my patience since there was a long line behind us at the register. A young lady behind the counter named Callie was extremely friendly and kind. She took the time to show us different options. We spent more money than I wanted to but honestly it was worth every penny since now, my daughter could not be more excited to pick up her balloons!! I came in to grab a few party supplies today. There was a disgruntled customer purchasing balloons for a 16th birthday party. Though the customer was being rude, I was shocked when the young ladies working behind the desk laughed in the woman's face and proceeded to to say things like "mad f*cking annoying", "f*cking leave", very loudly, as the woman headed toward the exit. There were several families in line with children and the reaction from one particular employee was pretty shocking. A young woman (wearing braces) was my cashier and a wonderful help and very kind but the other young women have no place working somewhere like this, using profanity, having no self control to just do their job in customer service, which sometimes isn't so pleasant. I won't be returning with my family. It's unreal that people think it is okay to speak like that in public, at work, at all. read more

Here is why they receive 5 stars: In spite of the much-ballyhooed helium shortage, they were up front about the fact that they may not have helium in time from their supplier for our child's big birthday bash the next week, so they wouldn't promise that they could fill our order. We had bought an extravagant gift balloon set online, so I was a little afraid of what they would say. Not a problem at all. However, the helium issue did worry me. By the time the day of my child's big birthday bash rolled around, I called as they instructed me to, to ask if they would be able to fill it. "No Problem, when do you want to come and pick your order up?" It was wonderful. They were fair, professional, and the helium shortage thing is overrated, so it's sad that these places are going out of business over something so misunderstood. The Party Center has a lot of good decorations, themed decorations, and is reasonably priced. In particular, every time we've been in there, the staff has been professional, friendly, and efficient. Always cleaning the place and stopping whatever they're doing to ask if they can help you with anything. Every single time, excellent staff! So, now I'm a loyal customer. read more

I've always gone here for balloon orders and decorations, worst experience today 9/30, placed a balloon order for a certain day & time, it was for a retirement luncheon, went in to get the order wasn't even ready or fulfilled, didn't even get an apology,instead the management member handed me the balloons after waiting for them the order to be fulfilled, I'd think twice before placing any orders with them again, not after the unpleasant experience I had today. read more

horrific witnessed experience today in the store with the rudest clerk ever. watched the owner's son treat a customer in the store who was trying to help a customer who was walking out of the store with two tiny children and two popped balloons with such nastyness that it warranted me to come home and write this review.i will never go into that store again for any reason because of this. a young woman purchased 5 balloons and she was trying to manage two very young children in todays 90 degree heat. she barely made it to her car when two very inflated balloons popped. another young woman in the store unrelated to her tried to help. she spoke to the clerk who informed her that "he was counting money and to basically shut up" he didnt care about the balloons and didnt care about helping her or the potential client. he had no idea that i was even in the store and was watching the entire event happen. this is disgraceful and if the owners of this store want their business to be represented by their son who lacks manners, respect, and social skills then so be it. i am so angry that i want to report them to the better business bureau read more
