It was a true iconic place in Lowell. Fast forward to this past St. Patty's day and I went out looking for some festive stuff. Upon walking in, I walk into a convenience store which takes up about 1/3 of the place and the rest is an empty canvas. I ask the lone person in there about party decoration, who appeared to be middle eastern and had to ask him again because I haven't a clue about what he said first. He politely told me that they had moved the party store to the rear, in a separate entrance. While heading to the rear, I am quick to discover that the "store" is now in what appears to be an old garage or storage facility. I don't think the place is even heated because it was freezing cold in there, just as cold as it was outside. I was the only person here besides the woman working. Rosenblooms was never the largest place to begin with, but this place literally consists of about 6 shelves. I was quick to find some cheap stuff and left in a hurry. I was shell shocked about what the place has turned into. All great things must come to end, I suppose. Too bad.

Although she didn't remember to do this, I'm so impressed by her work that I'm still giving her 5 stars. She showed up to our event promptly and set up with her table and got to work. For $100 for two hours, I was expecting small cheek art designs. Not so. The kids got full or half paint jobs, ranging from butterflies to superheros. The painting was beautiful, and in the case of the fairy princess butterflies, accentuated by gemstones and glitter. The kids looked amazing and had a great time. She's very laid back about payment as well - check, Pay Pal, cash - and she didn't stick around to demand it on the spot, but is fine waiting for the school to mail it to her.
