Unbelievable! Highly recommend. Amanda communicated often and even came to the venue to preview the space and walk through with my daughter for her Bat Mitzvah. The space was large and Amanda created a magic with the balloon centerpieces, arch and balloon trees. The room took our breath away. Her mix of different purples with silver was exactly what we requested. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. I would recommend The Party Lab for any size event and for any occasion. I needed to get supplies for a fortieth Birthday party, and came to Party Lab to get them!!! They had a great selection and I even got more fun stuff for the party! Everything is there that you need, balloons, plates, cups etc. I call it my one stop party place! Staff are very friendly and helpful! I don't go anywhere else! Lots of piñatas and goodies to fill them! Also they deliver your balloons free if local! Even if they charge if not local, well worth it! Hate to drive in car when balloons are in way! They also bag your balloons, so when going to car they are not flying all around you! Could say more positive things about them, but just try them out for yourselves! read more

Best Balloon delivery around! I've now used them for a few different events and they always do an AMAZING job. The delivery fee seems expensive but when I factored in the cost and quality of the balloons vs other places with less expensive delivery fees the Party Lab is still about the same price. The people on the phone are always friendly and helpful. They can put spray in the balloons to make them last for days but I've had them last for weeks. I highly recommend. read more

I have had many positive encounters at Party Lab for many completely diverse occasions. Having a business open house and need long-lasting, attention-grabbing balloons delivered the morning of? The Party Lab comes through! They delivered bunches of balloons to us on Farm Day an hour before they had even opened. (They do cool balloon sculpture thingies, too.) How about a birthday party for 5 year old friends...but he's into How to Train Your Dragon and she's all about Frozen? They have every kid's fondest birthday desire, including piñatas. Transforming a dark-haired teenage musical star into a white-haired, aged Don Quixote? Party Lab has temporary hair color spray in every shade possible (it's great for sports fans, too!). Just yesterday I needed a new assortment of top hats for a Steampunk activity, and I knew Party Lab was the place to go. What I didn't know was they had over 40 different kinds of amazing, high quality hats ranging in price from $0.85 to $9.99 (from what I could see) in materials that varied from cheap plastic to very nice felt that looked like high end wool. Seriously, if you need hats for school projects, Sunday school, community theater, parades... they've got every era, genre and style. And all your fun holiday goodies are covered, too! I got some Valentine's stuff while I was in. The girls working at there are super helpful and upbeat without being in your way or pushy, and they know where everything is. Lastly, there's a great rewards program and you get a $5 coupon when you sign up that they let me use right away. So, yes, I highly recommend Party Lab and appreciate having them close by since they're so useful! read more

This place is magnificent! I called them on the phone in a snowstorm and ordered 3 dozen balloons to be delivered first thing in the morning. That was not a problem. The lovely woman on the phone asked if I wanted to pay 35 cents extra per balloon for some kind of gel that keeps the balloons up 3 days instead of 1. I said ok. The balloons arrived in the snowstorm right on time and were delivered by a very pleasant young lady. That was 9 days ago and the balloons are STILL UP and fully inflated! I've never seen anything like this before! I will never shop for party supplies anywhere else ever again! read more
