Incredibly friendly, helpful, and clearly trying their best to create a good experience despite the circumstances. They were the only bright spot of my visit. Unfortunately, the manager, Tammy, ruined the entire atmosphere. Her behavior was absolutely unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. She was dismissive and demeaning to her employees right in front of customers, and her attitude toward shoppers was equally unsavory. It created an incredibly unpleasant environment, making me feel awkward and unwelcome the entire time I was in the store. No matter how great the products or prices may be, no customer should have to shop in a space where the manager is belittling staff and making everyone uneasy. Popshelf needs to seriously reconsider who they put in charge, because the customers.

The first one was a blue train with Lego details . The second one was a Jake from Jake and the neverland pirates. When I asked Antonio if he could do them he brought up pictures on his lap top asked if that was what I had in mind and told me it was "not a problem" he could do them both. He asked me what size I needed and explained about how large the pinates would be and told me he could have them both ready in one months time. He even stated that he could do a pinate for an adults party. He called 2 days prior to when I needed the pinates and stated that they were both ready. When I picked them up I could not believe how good they both looked. The train was bright blue with black wheels and Legos decals. Jake the pirate had a blue vest, a sword, and a parrot on his shoulder. They were perfect. Both children were thrilled when they saw them. Then comes the fun part of breaking the pinate. The pinates were so well made that each child had several turns hitting the pinate. The pinate stick was broken in half on each pinate. Before the pinate was broken open. These pinates are so well made. Antonio was very nice and easy to work with and did exactly what he said he would do and fulfilled the order early. The price was more then I would have paid if I had ordered from a big box store but those pinates break apart to easily and not every one gets a turn with the stick to hit the pinate. With Antonio I was able to get the exact pinate that was wanted. I will definetly order more pinates from Antonio and is Out of this world Pinates store.

Don't say tonight.' Daughter: 'Tonight' She was attending the high school rugby senior night and wanted to give leis to her cousins and friends. I was making them in the truck while we were parked at the stadium. 45 minutes total. Thank goodness Candy warehouse came to the rescue on this one. I usually use gumballs but they didn't have the purple we needed. So I opted for chocolate kisses. This worked just as good as the gumballs. We made a total of 7 candy leis with a 4 lb bag. Approximately 400 pieces. Same day order and pick-up. So convenient. Will definitely continue to buy our bulk candies here for all our events!

The store is laid out pretty well, however, the pricing on a couple of the items we purchased were incorrect as we checked out, so I had to go back down the aisle to get screen shots of the items/price in order to get refunded the difference. It was inconvenient because we were short on time. The cashier was also less than enthusiastic; she never welcomed us, didn't thank us, didn't smile, and spoke like it was painful for her to have to deal with us.   Overall folks, this is a great place to get what you need at a reasonable price, however, just make sure the marked price matches the price at checkout. One of our items was $4.00 higher once we were at checkout. Being overcharged can really add up here, especially if you have several items marked incorrectly.   The cashier aside, I'd definitely shop here again.
