Costumes, props, décor, accessories, animatronics... the whole experience is exactly what it should be. Walking in immediately puts you in the seasonal spirit, no matter how old you are. The layout was easy to navigate, plenty of options at different price points, and the staff kept things moving even with a steady flow of customers. It's one of those places where you go in for "just one thing" and leave with a full bag and way more ideas than you planned. The store is spaced out well for social distancing, has hand sanitizer at the front, and is a joy to shop in. There is ample free parking in front of the store at it is located in a shopping plaza next to movie tavern.

We get them for all special occasions i.e. birthdays, valentines, etc., as well as "just cause" balloons. I found this store online and decided to give them a try for my wife's bday. I got 9, 24" balloons. The staff did an AMAZING job filling them. What stuck out the most was they were all the exact same size. A lot of times a store will fill some all the way up, and some partly up, so they look mismatched, not the case here. They also chose really pretty matching strings for each balloon, and even tied the knots perfectly. They have tons of un-inflated balloons to choose from as well. The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially loading the balloons into the car. They have customers in us as long as we're in the area, which should be a very long time. Can't recommend them enough.
