Because the demand is lower now and Pop Mart has greatly increased the manufacturing supply. It's no longer hard to find Labubu at all. There was a plentiful selection here of Macaron, Big Into Energy, and Pin for Love labubus. When people would buy some, the staff would quickly refill the display with new stock. There's also bigger labubu stored in the back and staff can help you with getting them. If you are in search of any labubus, come take a look here and ask the staff for any help with specific ones. There are other popular IPs here as well, such as Crybaby, Skullpanda, Hirono, Dimoo, and more. Most of the selection are collectible figures (for display) or plush keychains (for hanging on bags etc.). There is a clear display for most items so you are able to see what all the options look like before buying. Many items are blind boxes (you don't know which one you will get until you open the box! The surprise is part of the fun!) But there are several options that are exactly what the package is advertised as well. Most of the collectible figures here start around $20. Larger and limited edition ones will be more. And regular size plush keychains are usually around $30, depending on the series and limited status. These items are great for gifts if you have somebody in your life that loves collectible figures or cute plush goods. When I went, there was a line. But it didn't take too long. And it helped with crowd control so the store wasn't too crowded when we were able to enter. I definitely had a lot of fun looking around the store. I'm a fan of several Pop Mart IPs. Walking around and getting my brief looksie at all the vendors for I.C.E. shopping spectacular 2015 I was barely able to hold onto my money... First off, I wanted all the succulents and plants and cool looking tapestries, and don't get me started on unique art pieces. But yeah, gorgeous terrariums. Ugh. The overall atmosphere of this place is indie and has a flair of nature, nostalgia, and bohemian dashed with pop and magic. At least that was what this Nov's collection of artists brought to the front. Couldn't get enough of that rustic look, and I'm not complaining. It was first time ever being able to attend. I actually went as a vendor, so I'll kinda mention my experience on being both vendor and just looking around. Vending at this show was really fun. The people, the vendors, they all were generally very friendly. Staff had free coffee for vendors setting up Sat. morning, and free cocoa to vendors and attendees (til it ran out.) The coffee was okay. It was brought in by a small coffee shop, but by far, I enjoyed the free sampling of cocoa. Haha. It's the small things, no? Food wise, they had Yumbii, Doggy Dogg, falafels & gyros, and then there were cookies from Dough Re Mi, and caramel cotton candy. My biggest grip is all these events don't really have much for the non-alcoholic beverage lover. Sunday, was a bit desperate as the coffee vendor from before was not there and replaced with something more Spartan. There was a Kombucha vendor which was nice, but it'd have been nicer to have some specialty teas or drinks that were non-alcoholic at the event. The organizers really out do themselves with all the attention to detail. I originally was a little worried about the layout of the venue since the floor is split in two where a small group of vendors are placed in the garden room and then the majority of vendors are in the more industrial room. I was really worried everyone would flock to the larger room upon entering, but thought it was really cool how they have the ticket booth set in an "L" shape to funnel visitors into the garden room. It's these little things. Been to a lot of shows that just seem to throw you to the wolves -- i.e. selling you a table at the back of the show floor facing a fire exit. What? So yes, big kudos to just how organized everything was.The venue, Georgia Freight Depot, was really nice too! I did end up purchasing a thing or two, and extremely happy with them. Met some amazing artists and crafters and in general had a great time. I highly recommend a visit to I.C.E. if you're looking for any gifts or handcrafted goodies & art. The entry is $5 and as long as it's at the GA. Freight Depot you can find parking at The Underground parking garage for $3 All Day.

Such a special experience!…read more Celebrated my birthday a different way this year as being 9 months pregnant and exhausted, I refused to pass up on fun but needed something more relaxed (and hopefully something that allowed me to sit while doing so!) It's so funny because I told my bf a few days before that candle making would be cool (because I love candles), but that I worried if the smells would bother me... only to turn around and say a day later that I did, in fact, want to do candle making. LOL. Oops. So he made it happen! Crafted Creations is a Black woman-owned biz in Doraville, located in a busy shopping plaza. They offer a variety of classes over a few days throughout the week and I'm happy that he grabbed tickets in time for a 3pm class on my birthday. This class was different than some of the others that I saw, as it was a combo class that included a candle and a room spray for each participant for under $60. We arrived a few minutes early and waited outside for just a few after reading a sign on the door that asked guests to do so if we were early. Makes sense, as it's not a huge space and they seemed to be mindful of crowding. As soon as it turned 3pm, they welcomed us in with open arms. The space is super cute! There's a shiny gold photo backdrop at the front along with a table of candles on sale and a large display of candles, wax melts and room sprays from their own line of scents available. Check-in was a breeze as my partner gave his name and we were instructed to scan a QR code that led us to a waiver. After this, we were guided over to a table that already had all of the tools laid out for us and the other guests. I love communal events such as this as it encourages socializing with folks beyond those you came with and Crafted Creations does a great job of that. We were paired with another couple and a pair of friends, one who was also celebrating her birthday, truly a great group! On the table there were two lazy susans with a variety of scent oils as well as individual trays that had scales, measuring cups, and more. We got started a few minutes later than I had expected (due to the timing policy for guests) but I think they were waiting for a group that came in just a few minutes behind but it worked out great. Each step was super easy to understand, easily executed and fun to make happen. My boyfriend and the gentleman at our table were the only guys in the room and I'm sure that my bf was even surprised at how he enjoyed it lol (also, he now thinks he's a scientist so there's that LOL.) I can't even say how long the process took for both items because we were so focused and not looking at the time at all. My favorite part ended up being the scent-choosing part despite assuming that I'd be overwhelmed. I ended up choosing a clean linen, an amber of sort and I totally can't remember the other scent but as one who goes for a 'clean' smell vs. sweet or musky scents, I was grateful for the varieties. Once we finished our scentful science projects, we were told that as our candles cooled, there were a number of games we could play to pass the time as well as popping any bottles that we brought (it's BYOB!) We totally forgot to bring some sparkling cider but lucky me, the young ladies at our table were sweet enough to share theirs with me and the friend of the bday girl even allowed me to use her champagne glass. *tears* SO SWEET. Community is everything. We played 2 or 3 rounds of uno that were sooo fun, the time passed so swiftly, when they announced that we were good to pick up our candles, we were all still laughing and in the midst of our table fun. Truly a phenomenal experience to celebrate my birthday and another great opportunity to support a Black and woman-owned business - I'll be back!
