This is a random location for the store but I'm glad I found it. They had all the things I needed for birthday party decor. The layout of the store is easy to navigate and find things. I did need some assistance from staff and they were helpful and friendly. Most things are reasonably priced. I'd come again when I need event supplies. read more

Part City is THE place to go for all your festive needs. Have goodie bags to fill? They have you covered. Someone wants a themed birthday party? Yep! Your high school reunion is coming up and you want disposable tableware in your school colors? Yeah, they can do that, too. Party City also shines brightly around Halloween, providing ready-made costumes AND components for the DIYers out there. (I got my sexy Babadook top hat, gloves, and makeup there this year and will be getting some nice wounds next year.) This is conveniently located on Excelsior (as long as you're driving the right direction--it's only accessible if you're headed eastbound), and there's always parking available. The prices are on par with what you'd find at other stores (and a bit better in some cases), and the selection and service quite good. I've been here a couple of times now, this is a great spot for all your party needs! Streamers, balloons, decor, costumes, etc! It's also pretty well organized but it is also pretty overwhelming with all of the product. They also have a lot of boxes in the aisle that looks like their overstock or perhaps I've just only been in on inventory days. All of the employees here are super duper nice! Everyone's being very helpful, polite, and friendly! I think the most important thing to note is to not drive past it! It's inside an old office building and if you miss the turn in it's kind of pain to get yourself turned around. There's also only one entrance into the parking lot and one entrance out. I am not a party type of person so when I was asked to find some appropriate balloons for a swim team party, I had no idea what I was even looking for. I figured I could not go wrong by checking out Party City. The sheer number of balloons available here was overwhelming. Apparently the last time I bought a balloon was just after dinosaurs roamed the Earth since I was thinking standard round colorful latex orbs. There has clearly been an advancement in the balloon department since then and judging by what this place has, I clearly need to get out of my cave to explore a little more. This place had balloons in every shape, size and object you could imagine. Not only that but they inflate them, tie them off and weight them down for you as well as bag them for easy carry out. In addition to balloons, there is just about every conceivable party favor and accoutrement here you can think of. If you want to throw a Luau themed party you can find hula skirts, aloha shirts and coconut bras here. Western BBQ? Cowboy hats and BBQ signage available. Kiddy parties where you need to ramp up everyone else's child good and proper before sending them home? Sugared candy, confetti and silly string can be found to get them really wound up and have their parents pissed at you for a month after. :) I'm pretty sure that if you can think of something you need for a party, they have it here and if they don't, it doesn't exist. read more

. This location is HUGE ! Plenty of product with a variety of color. All things party you can find here not just decor or table cloth. Gigantic candy selection, balloon selection is nothing short. Staff were friendly and willing to help on the floor. You can easily spend hours in this location. Prices are great. This is for sure a one stop location for your party planning. Plenty of parking. The store is right by my house so we've gone there an ungodly number of times. They have a lovely selection of Halloween costumes, I was just there and they still have section of Halloween costumes, it just grows really large during Halloween. They even have a little dressing room that you can try things on in (maybe open only during Halloween?) Right now they have a bunch of clearance Christmas decor items and they had a lot of New Year's decorations, party hats, plates, napkins. They have a couple seasonal aisles like that. Otherwise they have aisles of party decorations and goods for baby showers and bridal showers, birthday parties by number and generic. The whole back wall is pretty cool: it is organized by color and they have random things you might need for a party, say a yellow mask, yellow lipstick, yellow socks, yellow beads, yellow fingerless fishnet gloves....There is also an aisle with party goods by color: Plates, cups, napkins, forks, tablecloth, etc. The middle aisles have candy galore including lots of little single candies for party goodie bags. Then the front has balloons, tons of balloons blown up with helium, also bags of balloons to blow up yourself. During Halloween (my favorite holiday) they have fog machines, fake blood, and every kind of cool thing you could think of to make your Halloween party amazing. Today I was shopping for a masquerade New Year's Eve party I was attending and I had multiple mask choices for my boyfriend and I at reasonable prices. Fun! read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Neesha (store manager) was rude not only to me and my mother, but outwardly verbally aggressive to her employees. Any task she had to perform was completely asking too much. Large sighs and snide comments filled our experience. She then answered the phone and acted like they were way too busy for an order. Maybe 4 other people in the entire store? Also proceeded to loudly comment that another store manager should take her out for a beer. I'm not a huge Yelper, but this was one of those experiences that made me very disappointed and feel genuinely bad about the two poor men working with this lady whom, I can assure you all, needs something WAY stronger than a beer. Also they didn't have a good sock monkey party theme selection. Other two guys were great. read more

Billie and Rebecca just made my day. I came to get some last minute decorations for a party with only 10 minutes before the store was closing. They were so nice and helpful. I couldn't find what I was looking for and Rebecca went in back and found something similar that would work. Billie was so nice at check out. I was in the store after close (like 10 min) and they didn't give me a hard time at all about my slowness. If I were at the Bloomington store I would've gotten allll the attitude. But, not here! It was refreshing. I'll definitely be coming back to this location in the future. read more

Idk how this place is place is always empty, there's like six people working there, but it still takes forever to get someone to ring you up! This happens every time I go there. I shop about bi-weekly for shipping supplies for my small business, but I'm going to take the financial hit and just purchase my supplies at Target from now on. read more
