Literally 10 people in the entire store with at least 3 employees and were told they were "too busy" to blow up 3 balloons.

Party City is the BEST !! I recently bought balloons and birthday celebration items and was THRILLED with the not only the variety provided, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The reception of the Party City people to my requests were nothing short of courteous and polite. I left with my purchases with a happy smile on my face as Party City had everything l needed and then some ! My adult daughter and her guests loved her birthday experience. Ordered an costume online for store pick up ($30). Went to the store, saw a mask that I like better than the costume I ordered so I asked to see if I could exchange the costume for the mask + $10 to make up the difference. Their response was " you are not allowed exchange your costume for a different item". ... WHAT!!??? literally want to exchange an unopened item that hasn't even left the store yet for something else that they will make more money on and that's not possible?? Is this a real company policy or is this something that the high schooler behind the counter made up??? I've never heard of such a ridiculously stupid policy in my life. Definitely not giving them any more business after this. read more

Holy cats, this store is huge! With large, open, and towering isles filled with inventory for any type of party need, you're sure to find the perfect party accessories here. From Candy City to the Balloon Center to the costume section, everything was stocked and well presented. And if you weren't there to find items to throw a party you will definitely leave with ideas for one! If I was rating on the inventory alone I would give it 5 stars but the customer service could really use some improvement. There were only two or three staff for the entire store (that I saw) and while pleasant at first, were really slow to help out their customers. I brought in about 20 balloons to fill with helium and was told it would take 15 minutes. Awesome, right? But the moment I left the counter the staff person who was in charge of filling balloons left the counter to do something else. I checked back a couple times on the status and it just seemed like the staff was on their own schedule rather than the customers who were lining up to pay or get balloons. Perhaps it was an off day; either way I'll be back and will definitely update with my experience! read more

Wow- the sheer size of this is astounding. These people aren't playing around- they clearly know how to throw a party! I was very impressed just walking into the store. They have anything you could ever think of wanting for a party; and more! They have candies, holiday and move inspired themes, balloons, cards, even color coded isles! You can't go wrong visiting this place- but your wallet might feel differently. read more

This Party City is HUGE! I believe it's THE largest Party City in the country and it's so funny how it's located in a city like Burlington. Nonetheless, this place has everything! Balloons for days, a whole wall and aisle dedicated to just birthday cards and holiday cards, and so many more party supplies. We went into the store around St. Patrick's day and the whole area was filled with green decorations! I've never seen a place so green before (besides good ole, nature, of course). We got what we needed and was out in no time. Also, if you're looking for party supplies that are Frozen themed, then this is the place to go! We bought candles, balloons, paper plates, napkins, and everything else you can think of! SO. MUCH. FUN. read more

Terrible customer service. We ordered a delivery for our son's birthday. We only received part of our order. The store refused to issue a refund without me coming in person, in the middle of a pandemic, to "process a return" for things I never actually received, and also refused to ship us or deliver the missing items. The manager also tried to blame the delivery driver and told me I had to deal with him directly about the missing items (which I did, he checked twice and did not have them). Will make a point of going elsewhere next time. read more

It's a huge store with plenty of cheap crap to throw a party. It has furnished several of my parties. Be warned, there is a lot of stuff strategically placed 2-3 feet off the ground where a little one will see it, grab it, and want to take it home. There is a huge selection of Halloween costumes, although the kits seem a bit overpriced. $30 for a witch hat and dress for a child is a bit much. I expected the entire witch ensemble to be included but then again, I am a fan of making my own Halloween costumes and am not really privy to what a standard costume kit costs. read more

Party City has an excellent selection of fine-quality Chinese and Taiwanese merchandise for all your party needs. Prices aren't too bad, although you can usually find cheaper online. read more
