As an observer, make sure you bring a sweatshirt because they keep it pretty chilly in there on account of everyone running around and getting sweaty! I was a little annoyed that we couldn't bring in waterbottles (metal refillable ones, not plastic one use bottles). The girl made me take them back out to my car. I understand they want to make money, but seriously for as much as I paid for the 2 hour pass... on a Sunday (I recommend going on a weekday... much cheaper) and had to buy socks, the least they could do is let us bring our own water. I understand no outside snacks or food, but c'mon. Sometimes I just don't understand why these places can't just let you go and have a good time without gouging you completely. We let him know we weren't sure or confident on any poses, and he guided us with grace to ensure we felt comfortable and got the most breathtaking photos we could ever ask for. Alex was with us the whole day capturing all of the biggest moments, set up his super fun photo booth for our reception party (which comes with fun props and unlimited prints that print out on the spot by the way!), and when we told him we wished we could get video of our wedding, he even made that happen for us and recorded and edited the most amazing video showing all the highlights of our wedding from start to finish! I called MANY other companies before finding Torres Family Party rentals. They were quick to respond. It being my first time renting, they explained the process to me and made me feel confident and comfortable that they'd do and be exactly where they said when they said they would. They came Friday night and dropped off for my next day party so my daughter actually got a little alone time with her very first jumper. Justin was the one who delivered it. He got it placed just where we wanted it, got it all hooked up and then invited my daughter over to help him get it inflated. She LOVED helping and was so excited. JUSTIN WAS AWESOME! They accept Venmo and Zelle for payment which is SO convenient to us parents who can never seem to carry cash. She was very cold and seemingly trying to get through our virtual meetings as fast as possible. Our ceremony was fine- very short and simple which was what we wanted and she left right after. After our wedding day we were so happy to just finally be married after a COVID postponement and done with all the planning and then we got a letter in the mail from the county clerk saying that they NEVER RECEIVED OUR MARRIAGE LICENSE!!! I emailed her immediately asking her what happened - no response. I called my planner to see if she could reach out to her cuz I never got her phone number. She got Stacy on the phone and she said that she had responded to my email, had mailed the license in and it must have gotten lost in the mail but that she had scanned a copy, would pay for any fees for a replacement, and was going to confirm with the county clerk and get back to me. A week passed and nothing - I send her more emails with no response. I finally get her on the phone and she said she's waiting for them to get back to her and should know if a few days. Another week passes, I try calling her back and am sent straight to voicemail. I call the county clerk- they answer very quickly and tell me that they never got my license and that the deadline is in two days. They tell me the process for a lost license is actually pretty easy- I just need the witnesses and the officiant to sign off on the new one and pay the fee! I've been desperately trying to get in touch with Stacy and she's just blatantly ignoring me at this point. She's blocked my number and I'm pretty sure she's a pathological liar. No idea why she can't just help fix this MASSIVE problem she created, especially when its such an easy fix. We're extremely saddened by this situation and so angry that we paid her almost $500 for essentially, nothing. We're having to make an appointment to get get remarried at the courthouse.
