Really cool experience. There's a wide variety of things for kids to do, making it a perfect family spot. They also offer food, which is convenient if you want to make a day out of it. Definitely recommend for families.

My girls were invited to Airtopia for their dance team kick off party on 9/15/24. We have never been here, but we were excited to check it out. The check in process for a large group or party was efficient and easy. Tip: fill out your waivers in advance! The team was able to jump and play for 2 hours. Plus they had a party room reserved and the kids had pizza and drinks, plus they were able to put their shoes and belongings in the party room. The party zone had a massive TV playing football. There was also plenty of reservable tables outside of the party rooms for different parties to happen at once. They did run out of paper plates and cups, so we had to ask for more. The kids played in a trampoline area, rock wall, ropes course, dodge ball, various slides, arcade area, obstacle course and warped wall climb! This place was a pleasant surprise. It appeared new and clean. It was next to a Walmart in Hemet. There was plenty of parking as well. It didn't look big from the outside, but it was spacious from the inside. We'd return again, so you should definitely check it out!

When have had our team banquet here about 3 or 4 times now and this time (11/3/2025) we had the most amazing service! Huge thank you to Mariah and Azaria, party host! They went above and beyond and kept our party running smoothly! Good was out timely and hot! We had a party of 30 kids. The kids loved the facility! They had the best attractions that are suitable and appeal to all ages.

We went to Airtopia Hemet on a Wednesday during the day. The parking lot was easily accessible with ample parking. The facility was spacious and clean. There was so much to do; the high rope course, ninja wall course, soft play, dodgeball, giant slide, trampolines, basketball, rock wall climbing. Many of the attractions were closed but we would ask an employee to open them and after they finished with one attraction, they would open the next attraction. I would be highly disappointed like some of the other reviews if they didn't open the closed attractions. The trampoline area is very small so if the other areas aren't open, it would be boring and not worth the money. However, that wasn't my experience. My favorite part was the high ropes course! I recommend everyone try it, even the moms!

Our experience with Airtopia has been absolutely fantastic! We've been searching for a party venue for my son's 16th birthday and his group of 30 friends. There weren't many places in Temecula or Murrieta that catered to teens. My dog groomer is nearby, and we drove past this purple building one day. After checking out several other venues, we came to Airtopia and this was our last stop. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by super friendly, and energetic staff. We toured the place with Carlisa and were impressed with the layout and the attractions this place offers - it was one of a kind! It may not look big from the outside, but the inside is surprisingly spacious. Carlisa made the booking process a breeze, patiently answering all our questions to make sure our party had an amazing time. They handle all the food and beverages in-house, but we were able to bring our own party decorations, balloons, linens, cake, and ice cream. Which they can store for you in their freezer. Make sure that your guests complete their waivers ahead of time. We scheduled our party on a Wednesday to avoid the crowds, and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Everything went smoothly without a hitch. Leiylah was our host - you can't miss her, she looks just like Jennifer Lawrence from The Hunger Games. She was incredible! Leiylah went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! Jacob the Manager, was also fantastic, doing everything he could to accommodate our requests. Thank you Airtopia for a great experience!

The kiddos loved it here, but it was a lot pricier than uptown jungle and out of the way. They also don't allow outside food and drink. If it was closer and cost less, I'd probably take kiddos here more often.

Our grip socks from another place that were not permitted. Had to buy their socks for an additional $4 a piece. This is not right.

What actually happened was disturbing, traumatic, and handled with an alarming lack of professionalism. During the party, one of the children in our group was violently assaulted by older boys who were roaming the facility unsupervised. The injured child suffered visible facial injuries, including bleeding. While this was happening, staff response was minimal to nonexistent. The aggressors were allowed to continue playing freely, without being removed or even meaningfully addressed. What was even more upsetting was the impact this had on my 7-year-old stepson, who witnessed his friend being assaulted. This was not rough play, this was a frightening, violent incident. My stepson was visibly shaken, confused, and distressed by what he saw. This was supposed to be a joyful birthday celebration, and instead it turned into a traumatic experience that he is still processing. Law enforcement showed up and found out that other kids had become visibly assaulted as well. Multiple employees on duty, many of whom appeared very young and poorly supervised themselves were seen laughing, pointing, exchanging comments, and sharing images related to the incident, rather than helping the injured child or ensuring the safety of the kids involved. At no point did it feel like the staff took the situation seriously. The general manager on duty failed to step in decisively, failed to separate parties, and failed to prioritize the emotional and physical well-being of the children. There was no immediate first aid offered. No quiet or safe space provided. No reassurance to the injured child or the kids who witnessed the violence. The behavior of both management and staff created the clear impression that the incident was being treated as entertainment rather than an emergency. To make matters worse, parents of the aggressors were allowed to come and go freely, with one parent returning to the area where our group was standing and openly threatening members of our party again, with no visible staff or security intervention. The lack of concern for child safety was staggering. Not once did anyone ask how the injured child was doing or acknowledge the emotional impact on the other kids who witnessed the assault. Offering a small discount afterward does not begin to address the seriousness of what occurred. Until this location prioritizes active supervision, trained staff, real management accountability, and child safety, I cannot recommend bringing your children here especially for birthday parties. What should have been a happy memory became a traumatic one due entirely to staff inaction and poor leadership.

Last January I purchased 3 annual memberships for my grandkids I expected to have fourteen months, which would bring me to march. I didn't remember what day I purchased it. We arrived 30 minutes early to set up, checked in, and the moment we walked inside it felt like a heatwave -- over 95 degrees inside the facility. Nobody had called to let us know the AC was out. Not a single heads-up, no option to cancel, reschedule, or make other arrangements. If I had known, I absolutely would have rescheduled, especially because my daughter had been so excited for this party. I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant, and I physically couldn't even go downstairs because the heat was unbearable. My shirt was drenched within minutes. Worst of all, my little girl didn't even get to jump because she kept saying, "It's too hot." My heart broke for her. When I called the general manager, Bianca Parr, she openly admitted that "her boss" told her not to inform any parties about the AC outage and to just "take the negative reviews."
