Really cool experience. There's a wide variety of things for kids to do, making it a perfect family spot. They also offer food, which is convenient if you want to make a day out of it. Definitely recommend for families.

My girls were invited to Airtopia for their dance team kick off party on 9/15/24. We have never been here, but we were excited to check it out. The check in process for a large group or party was efficient and easy. Tip: fill out your waivers in advance! The team was able to jump and play for 2 hours. Plus they had a party room reserved and the kids had pizza and drinks, plus they were able to put their shoes and belongings in the party room. The party zone had a massive TV playing football. There was also plenty of reservable tables outside of the party rooms for different parties to happen at once. They did run out of paper plates and cups, so we had to ask for more. The kids played in a trampoline area, rock wall, ropes course, dodge ball, various slides, arcade area, obstacle course and warped wall climb! This place was a pleasant surprise. It appeared new and clean. It was next to a Walmart in Hemet. There was plenty of parking as well. It didn't look big from the outside, but it was spacious from the inside. We'd return again, so you should definitely check it out!

When have had our team banquet here about 3 or 4 times now and this time (11/3/2025) we had the most amazing service! Huge thank you to Mariah and Azaria, party host! They went above and beyond and kept our party running smoothly! Good was out timely and hot! We had a party of 30 kids. The kids loved the facility! They had the best attractions that are suitable and appeal to all ages.

We went to Airtopia Hemet on a Wednesday during the day. The parking lot was easily accessible with ample parking. The facility was spacious and clean. There was so much to do; the high rope course, ninja wall course, soft play, dodgeball, giant slide, trampolines, basketball, rock wall climbing. Many of the attractions were closed but we would ask an employee to open them and after they finished with one attraction, they would open the next attraction. I would be highly disappointed like some of the other reviews if they didn't open the closed attractions. The trampoline area is very small so if the other areas aren't open, it would be boring and not worth the money. However, that wasn't my experience. My favorite part was the high ropes course! I recommend everyone try it, even the moms!

Our experience with Airtopia has been absolutely fantastic! We've been searching for a party venue for my son's 16th birthday and his group of 30 friends. There weren't many places in Temecula or Murrieta that catered to teens. My dog groomer is nearby, and we drove past this purple building one day. After checking out several other venues, we came to Airtopia and this was our last stop. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by super friendly, and energetic staff. We toured the place with Carlisa and were impressed with the layout and the attractions this place offers - it was one of a kind! It may not look big from the outside, but the inside is surprisingly spacious. Carlisa made the booking process a breeze, patiently answering all our questions to make sure our party had an amazing time. They handle all the food and beverages in-house, but we were able to bring our own party decorations, balloons, linens, cake, and ice cream. Which they can store for you in their freezer. Make sure that your guests complete their waivers ahead of time. We scheduled our party on a Wednesday to avoid the crowds, and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Everything went smoothly without a hitch. Leiylah was our host - you can't miss her, she looks just like Jennifer Lawrence from The Hunger Games. She was incredible! Leiylah went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time! Jacob the Manager, was also fantastic, doing everything he could to accommodate our requests. Thank you Airtopia for a great experience!

The kiddos loved it here, but it was a lot pricier than uptown jungle and out of the way. They also don't allow outside food and drink. If it was closer and cost less, I'd probably take kiddos here more often.

Our grip socks from another place that were not permitted. Had to buy their socks for an additional $4 a piece. This is not right.

Is this place fun for 3 year olds?

Yes ! Unfortunately the parent who allowed their child to be hurt that commented here is putting a negative connotation on this place. There are play areas specifically designed for your kids ages. My 5 year old cousin with Autism even accidentally…

Truly, everything there was cared for in a really meaningful way, including the screens, old decals, buttons, and more. Doesn't seem like it would take long to find a spot though. Ernie and Sarah helped us out at the counter. Really nice and helpful employees. Ernie gave us stickers too. There are so many fun games here. They have pinball, rhythm games, old school fighting games and physical games like the mario sonic olympics. Crazy how "heavy" the older pinball machines games feel, like Pirates of the Carribean. I was having a blast with the X-men and Deadpool machines though. They also have a big screen for the latest Mortal Kombat game. You just need to ask for controllers. Ernie informed us they have all day sale options on certain days as well. A great experience! Prices are listed and easy to follow for everything they offer. They have a worker there to assist with payment for whatever you decide. Arcade game cards are purchased at a kiosk. Mini golf prices are reasonable per person. Escape rooms are for 6th & up based on information I was provided when I last went Saturday since my kids wanted to do it and we needed to know what ages were allowed for their rooms. (Our kids are 2nd & 4th grade so we weren't able to do it) There are 27 holes for the mini golf. Each course is short but fun for small kids and themed differently. Only downsize is that if there's a huge group ahead of you, it takes a while to wait there for them to finish before you can head onto that course. So that's the only negative of each course when it's busy even though we went as slow as possible and played the same course multiple times while waiting for the group ahead of us to finish. There's only so much you can do while waiting before another group comes up behind yours. The arcade is small but they have some fun games. The kids had fun playing them. Pricing is a bit high & credits needed to play the games are kind of high as well compared to other arcade places but the games allow tickets to be won so it was worth it for us since kids had fun.

It's not open to the public (as in you are not allowed to go in unless you pay). The owners guard the entrance/near the front door inside and you can't really walk in and go around to check out the games first unless you pay. It was just about a few feet is what we were able to look at inside and only up to the parking lot is all we were able to see. As you walk in, you'll be standing at the front while they stare at you. The owner just stared and made a comment "It looks like you've never been here" No S lady. It was our first time, recommended by the McDonald's Museum across the street. She stated what their rates were. The owner did offer to have her husband escort us to walk around if we wanted to look at the place. Although we may have looked young, we're not little kids. We didn't feel like being chaperoned by an adult. We're 4 decades old. If the whole place runs by itself without the need of physical money, how would they even know who's playing the 30min package or the 1hr? If they use a prepaid players digital card, then a chaperone wouldn't be needed if we can't play the games anyway. We don't know anyone there or wouldn't need to cheat to play for free from others. Needless to say, we didn't see much. Just up to the door while they guarded it. Too bad, we would've enjoyed the place, but instead we were greeted with a cold welcome. Judging by this place, I see the owners like to respond to every comment/review. To the owner, if you're reading this, please don't bother replying. We won't be reading it. We already got the point. To those reading this in response to the owner, please believe me when I say this is an honest review, and real customer service experience. I'm a minority in this area AND NEW so, maybe they judge differently. Edit: lol the owner STILL replied although we already mentioned their comment was not needed. Hard-headed much..?
