The person on the phone said someone would be coming out shortly. We had to call again and ultimately did not receive our items until 30 minutes after arrival. Also, the tables we rented were not wiped down and dirty from the previous rental. Pro Tip: Call them 10-15 minutes before you arrive and tell them you are there. Expect to clean the tables and chairs after receiving them.

However she insisted coming to my house after midnight on a Wednesday night to pick up the items. I personally would not use her again based off my experience. **UPDATE** Her response is that it's her policy to pick up same day however as a customer I would have liked to have known that when i booked the service.
