When I was at the register the female working was being assisted by an older gentleman. Not sure if she was not having a good day but I literally witnessed him telling her that he didn't know if she just didn't want to work. He also noticed she was messing with a stapler and he told her something about that with an attitude and continued helping check me out. Although she did seem like she didn't want to be there. So he was calling out prices to her of my items and honestly I don't know if that combination was accurate. It doesn't help customers that the receipt doesn't show items listed w/the description, it only shows prices. I'm ok with no returns policy but not ok if the prices didn't match up with the items I had with me because of how the two were handling things.

He quickly had his ace manager, Jay Cooper, go into the office (which was closed) and fill the order. The items were perfect; delivered to a remote ranch; with a wonderful and efficient team.
