I was gonna ditch the whole balloon arch idea because I was looking for ways to cut cost but I couldn't let go of my vision of a white balloon arch. With less than a month to my wedding, Bella's Balloons were willing to work with my timeline and my budget. I also wanted cloud structures and they were able to create some for a decent price. Other companies shot my dream down without trying to work with me but Bella's took my small budget and showed me my options. I would definitely recommend them for your next celebration.

It's my boyfriends birthday and I wanted balloons so I called party city and they said they weren't blowing them up so they referred me to this company. I got a new phone and apparently my caller ID wasn't turned on, so when I called her it said unknown. When she finally answered my call she said "WHAT" I said "um is this balloon junkie?" she said "who the fuck is this?" And before I could even get out my name she said "I don't know who you are but stop calling me I don't answered private numbers" and then hung up on me in my face. I am 5 months pregnant at the moment so she caused me to cry and cause stress. The party was suppose to be a surprise but I had to tell my boyfriend why I was crying and she pretty much ruined the surprise. When he called he asked for her name and she did not give us her name and said she was the boss and she doesn't have to give her name then hung up on him. When I called from my number again (this time I turned on my caller ID in my settings) I tried to explain to her who I was and that I wanted her to blow up balloons for my boyfriends birthday and balloons for my baby shower, and was also willing to pay her very well for her work, she cut me off on anything I tried to tell her and still refused to give me her name. Once my temper rose I told her I will be giving her a bad review on any website and social media I see her business on and I will also be going up to the store myself because I find it hard to believe that this woman (whoever she is) owns a business. Not only did she ruin my boyfriends surprise party (since I had to tell him why I was crying) she also caused me to stress while I'm almost 6 months pregnant. If y'all would like another place that blows up balloons or a decorator I would suggest going to someone else, because this woman does not deserve your money! Give your money to someone genuine. We were almost crying our heart out when they didnt respond to our calls / messages for continuous 2 hours before the scheduled time and showed up just an hour before the birthday party with just one guy with a lot of decor missing which we initially agreed on. We were told Krissy who was truly a kind person in our first meeting had an injury and couldnt reach out. We were really sorry to hear that but was expecting someone to reach out to us / or called the venue to inform to have us a chance to make some arrangements. Due to short of time me along with my 2 of my family members (and later even some guests) helped to wrap up trying to make it to the event (infating balloons, center peices, stage setup, getting the spray paint from home depot) We were delayed by an hour in our own event and had to call other guests to come a little late due to the mess. Overall all they did was the backdrop & balloon arc. Marvin who called himself as a boss offered as $50 as discount...and kept insisting for paying the balance immediately. We wanted to talk to Krissy about this but this guy started to judge our intentions & said he never wanted to take up our project & said irrespective we get paid.
