Highly recommend! We used them for a baby shower in our backyard. Brian was extremely quick to respond via email and professional. I had to make changes in our order multiple times but he made it so easy. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them all. We couldn't decided if wanted a tent/canopy in the backyard due to our layout and he even offered to come by and see the space although we ended up not needing it. I called Brian two days before Thanksgiving - desperate for some tables and chairs because we were hosting this year and waited till the last second. Brian was super professional over the phone and got us squared away with everything we needed for our gathering. I had a great experience with Brian and his team! I was panicking two weekends before my baby shower because there was a chance of rain. I was also having trouble with other vendors who didn't seem to have a website or inventory of their equipment - they just wanted to text me pictures of tables and for me to ask what they had. I called Brian, asked my questions, and he assured me they could put together a rain quote and a sun quote. Luckily, we were able to use the sun quote! He was also able to drop off the tables and chairs two days ahead of the party, so I could set everything up on Thursday - not Friday. We explicitly asked if the twelve tables and 100 chairs that we ordered would fit under the tents we rented so that our guests wouldn't be rained on and they assured us that they would... well they did not! I don't even want to spend too much time or more energy on this company after sending an email that went unanswered and leaving a message that was never returned. I'm still waiting for the company to come back to the party location as they promised to place my rental furniture where it belongs since the drivers showed up unannounced and just left everything out front for me to move myself. 40 chairs 5 large round tables and one rectangular table needing to be moved in the backyard all while 8 months pregnant. The drivers were early never called to make sure I was there to meet them so they just dumped everything out front. This was my first time using this company. I just found them using a google search. I throw a lot of parties. I won't be using them ever again. I spoke with Brian he wasn't considerate or helpful. And one of my white linen table clothes had oil stains on it. I have gone back and forth over writing this review but I've decided I do not want my experience to happen to anyone else. I ordered 70 of the dark wood chairs to be delivered to my wedding between 11am and 12pm. I had checked in with the company to make sure that was still the plan and everything seemed it would be perfect. Then at 2 o'clock someone setting up finally came to tell me the chairs had not showed up yet. Our ceremony was set to begin at 3 and it was 90+ degrees outside. My mother in law called and they could not give an answer as to why my chairs were not there and said they would be on their way. At about 2:30 I walk out to take my bridal photos and walk past the truck carrying about 20 plastic white chairs. I tell my mother in law at this point those are the wrong chairs even if they'd brought the right amount they are still wrong. The man driving the truck says he will go and get the correct chairs and they offer to set them up free of charge. About 15 minutes later they are not there yet. So my mother in law calls them again. They say they have to pick them up from Reseda and it will be another 30 minutes until they can get there. My wedding is set to begin in 15 minutes, I have no chairs. All of my guests have seen me and my wife at this point because they are trying to get out of the sun and find places to sit around the venue. We finally had to decide to do the ceremony standing because the vendors were on time limits. They did end up bringing the correct chairs and setting them up in the reception area for us. And the manager did call me the next day and gave me a discount. But here's the problem. I never got the moment of amazement where my guests see me and my wife in our dresses for the first time. We had to make 70 people stand in the heat of the day because of this mistake. My grandmother had to stand for an entire ceremony. Because of this. And they could not give me a reason why it happened. No excuse at all. HOW DO YOU FORGET TO DO YOUR JOB. a discount doesn't change the fact that my wedding ceremony that I spent thousands of dollars on was ruined because some people can't handle running a business. And I see this now based on other reviews I am seeing. read more

My party was showing rain which of course was outside and Brian was so easy to work with that he said up to the last minute, let's watch to see what happens.
