How is this even a serious business? Both the owner and her staff are a big joke! Very unprofessional, disrespectful and disorganized. Booked the place for my son's 1st bday party 4 weeks in advance, the owner never had time to discuss with me the details even after several attempts, until finally we reached out to her the very same week of the party. She rushed to put everything together at the last min. The day of the party, she had 2 young girls in charge of the place and the entertainment. When we first arrived they didnt even care to acknowledge the bday boy or anyone else coming in for that matter. Even though theyre the first thing my guests see as they come into the place. Theyre too busy talking n being on their phone. Yet they clearly had the time to eat from our food and kept taking from our soda cans the whole time without our consent. They were also in charge of the music. A whole half an hour had passed by and the mysic was dead, i myself had to go ask if they could put some music to change the mood. Since it was a 1st bday im thinkin they're gonna put fun kiddie music, but no instead they put grown up party music. As a parent, i know the struggle you go through to make your kids important celebrations happen. Also the high expectations you have especially when you hire a place and people to make it happen for you, thinking hat they're professional and will do their very best to make you happy. But please do yourself a favor and do not do business with Danielle Gaviglia and her team. Save your money or take it elsewhere where you know they will appreciate you. This lady has a sneaky contract and if there is an issue she is not willing to work with you. She gets offended and starts attacking. The day of the party, i myself called her to ask her if it was ok to use my speaker since she didnt have the sound system she claims she has. I spoke to her on the phone and she agreed to it. Also, before booking the place i informed her that i had hired an outside clown to be at the party. Again, she agreed to it. Keep in mind none if this is in the contract so the day of the party the girls in charge apparently didnt like the clown so they interrupted his show and he couldnt finish his performance. After that we all had to rush thru the rest of the party, cutting the cake and doing the piñata because the messed up the entire vibe and mood with their nasty attitudes. When my wife went to talk to the girls in private, the girls had an even worse attitude and it was like seeing an immature little girl arguing with her mother. It was very very bad. They have no respect or professionalism. Neither does the owner because at the end she showed up with like 5 people to try to intimidate us and you would think she would approach us and try to talk, well you think wrong. She did not care. All she care was that we were not going to "steal" anything. They kept checkin afer us to see that everything was in place. We felt completely offended. She never texted,emailed or called us until she received a notice that we had put up a complaint about her then she immediately called my wife to rant and yell at her. My wife had to hang up on her, and kept calling her nonstop. Seeing that my wife was not answering her she then called me to yell at me and tell me that we were attacking her employees. Obviously, she was wrong and we have videos of everything to prove it. Its been over a month and we are still dealing with this. Its unbelievable that business like this still exist. went to this office and stated i would like to hire a clown, a person dressed up as a clown!! on the day of my baby's birthday not only did they arrive an hour late they were dressed up in regular clothes!!!! when i pacifically asked for a clown to show up!!!! and on top of it these two people were rude and disgusting especially the female she had the only disgusting attitude, while she was doing face painting she was truly very rude to the child that she was facing painting on, her and this guy were arguing on the job and she got up so rudely and left the child sitting there in the chair waiting for 15mins to get he's face painted done, when she returned she came back with an ugly blue vest looking like a school crossing guard!!! since when a clown looks like that!!! to me they both look like a couple arguing on the job. poor kid was so confused along with all the other kids wondering why this female had such an attitude. these people were so disgusting, i would never hire these people again, they were so unprofessional. i wouldn never recommend these people or state of business to no one. they were so horrible that i cut there so called hour show to a few mins. it was so bad that i only paid them half, they lucky they even got any type of cash from me!!! i should have given them nothing since i didn't get the clown that i wanted to hire in the first place. stay away from these people they suck big time and so disgusting were not on time at all and not what I asked for read more

So seems like i totally spaced out on leaving a review for my last party. This has been my go to party place since they opened 8 years ago. We had my daughters first rented out party there at 2 years old and have had 3 other parties and had my sons 1st birthday. This place is the best. I have compared to many other places who charge you 100's of dollars extra for things that party solvers offers in every package. We get characters, bouncy castle (which is the biggest hit start to end), magician, face paints balloon animals the whole 9 yards including 2 hosts always. They always allow me more than enough time before the party to come in and set up to my liking and the girls are always there to lend a helping hand. At this point I have even recommended the place to at least 3 friends and they have had very good experiences booking with party solvers. Party Solvers is a must for your parties, they go above and beyond and always help us so much with set up and clean up and always try an accommodate to the best of their abilities without breaching their contract. And the owner Daniela has always treated us like friends and has answered every single question we could have with a smile on her face even if it took hours. I have had two parties with party solvers in their hall and both were a huge success ! The kids had lots of fun . They have really great party packages for 2-5 hours with different themes depending on what you want for your party ! My first party with them I decided on a 3 hour carnival package which was full of fun ! Cotton candy, carnival games , musical games ,balloon twisting, pop corn & face painting . The girls assigned to that party were super energetic and helpful throughout the party ! My most recent party I decided on a 5 hour hall rental which includes tables chairs speakers for iPod plug in and 2 hours of entertainment we were allowed to bring in home made food as well which was great ! I was able to work on a full decor package with them that came out amazing everything was seriously beautiful . We got tons of compliments and again the kids had tons of fun ! Additionally With the 5 hour rental they allow you to use the bouncy house for the whole party and they will play kids music for you if you would like or you can just play your own music . For kids parties this place is the place to be !Parking is also not an issue as you can use the atlas mall parking across the street which is another added convenience !!! read more

Last Year we celebrated my daughter's first birthday at Party Solvers. I was so worried because being it was her first, I wanted it to be perfect and thanks to Party Solvers it was. I rented the hall and had100 people. The kids absolutely loved it and the adults raved about it as well. The staff was so helpful, and very dedicated. I arrived early to set up and was a bit overwhelmed. The party host helped me decorate the whole hall. The entertainment was great. The kids loved the magic show. The magician was very entertaining. He had all of the children engaged as well as the adults. The kids enjoyed the ballon twisting and face painting. The host was so patient and kind to all of the children. I honestly don't have one complaint about the entire day. They provided a great music system and played games and danced with the children. Where do you get a hall rental with entertainment for such a great price? I was so happy we made the decision to book there. I will probably be having my daughter's second birthday there as well. Celebrated my son's 1st birthday here over the weekend and it couldn't have been any better! I emailed them months prior and Danielle provided the package information. She was so helpful every step of the way. Being an event planner I'm all about details and lists and she happily answered my 355,353 (just kidding) emails on time! We chose the space rental, bouncy house, face painting, games, and cake cutting package and the hosts were wonderful! Totally forgot their names - but very sweet! They made sure all of the kids were involved and kept us on time so we wouldn't miss anything. We also had Party solvers create a balloon arch for us and it came out just as we wanted. I only sent a few pics and they happily executed the cutest arch for us. I highly recommend them for your little ones party! I had to leave a review about this place. My daughter gets invited to parties every other weekend and this place was absolutely LOVELY. The kids had a really good time and they did cool games with them as well. The laser lights were cool and all the kids really seemed to enjoy it. I loved the fact that the girls motivated all the kids to join in for the games and dances. All of the kids were dancing and having a blast. The pizza slices were small, however thats what came with the package. I asked and there in an option to order more food for the kids, however the birthday parents didn't want to. The indoor bouncy castle was cute. They let the kids jump for about 15 mins. The younger kids could stay in for longer since that was the main thing attraction for that age group. I hired party solvers ent. for my daughters 1st birthday! We wanted elmo to come, she's in love with elmo! 2 staff members came. One was a girl who had a colorful clown outfit on with no make up which is why i booked them! She was so nice and kind to the kids! she did all elmo face painting. Also batman and all different types of superheros! The guy who was the magician was so funny! he included all the kids in the magic show as well as my husband! he dressed him in a pink tutu and colorful feathers. It was so funny! great pic for face book! They were on time and i paid them when they arrived. The elmo costume was GREAT!!!! I LOVED IT! & so did little Hailey! She wouldn't take her eyes off him. We came back here this past weekend to have my god daughter birthday. Her 1st birthday was a big deal. We were actually running 1 hour behind, so the girls were nice enough to do all the decorating for us. We rented the room for 6 hours. I added an additional hour for $125.00 They included the kids entertainment for us. Which was the 5 hour hall rental. You really can't beat the price. This party room is clean, big and bouncy castle kept the kids busy for the whole time. The only thing is I wish the walls were a different color. I looked at many places and this gave me the most for an affordable price. I also added the magic show. Jacob the magician did the show all the kids loved it. He's really good with the kids. I have been booking here for the last 3 years and every year I get someone new. I like the fact that all the magic shows are good. One year they didn't send the bunny, but they made it up and replaced it with another trick with the dove. Which was awesome. The clowns don't wear any scary make up which is a plus. This company has everything I need which makes it easier than ordering from 3 different companies. We get pony rides, dunk tanks, bouncy castles and the entertainment part of it which is the clown and magician. We got a spiderman to come and the kids believed it was the real spiderman. The face painting is really cool, I always get the same face painter which I request. her name is kyla I believe. She's a true artist and her work is beyond amazing. Well, just had a party here last week. Everything was amazing. I felt that the girls were on point with everything. I had 8 extra kids, they quickly ordered an extra pizza for me and made sure all the kids were served. Thankfully everyone was there on time so this made it easier for everyone. This is one of the bigger party places in Queens, which has everything you could possibly need for your party. All from the entertainment, catering, decor! You really get your money worth. I even rented table linens for $10 a table, along with a $1.50 color table runner. (I hate plastic table cloths) everything went great, they definitely know what their doing. I came here for a party this past weekend and all the parents had nothing but great things to say. This place is very affordable party room where the kids had a great time. I was nervous about booking because of some negative reviews, however they were definitely worth every single amount I spent. I loves the fact the girls were so sweet and energetic with the kids. They had everything planned out. The pizza came on time, The girls didn't have to help with the cake but the offered because at that point the kids were going crazy. I really loved the magician who came to preform. He had all the kids and parents laughing. The girls started cleaning up towards the end, we tipped them $50 each because they were amazing. The main reason why I decided to leave this review is because, coincidentally, right after I declined their services, I started getting perverted sex spam emails at my office email, which I saw someone else mention on another feedback site also happened to them. These "girls" are terribly unprofessional, like dealing with a bunch of high school girls who'd rather be hanging out with their friends and decided to throw this business together instead of getting real jobs. They took days to return my call, didn't call when they said they would and one was chewing on food while she was talking to me. I had 2 events booked with them in the past year. One at their place and one at my home. These guys are very professional, well mannered and not too old. So they still have lots of energy to play with the kids. We had magic balloons and cotton candy. The magic show had a bunny. The kids loved it and the entertainers were promptly on time. They left when they were suppose to. The party there was cool to. Its big enough for the kids to run around. They had plenty of seats for the adults. The laser lights were cool. Of course the adults at my party wanted to be apart of the games. We are big kids ourselves. The owner came up to me and introduced herself. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. I came here a few months ago to celebrate my nieces 1st birthday. Everything was so pretty. My sister paid for Party Solvers to set up the full event. The cake was so good! It was so detailed & not to mention SUPER AFFORDABLE. The owner is so welcoming & the staff was accommodating. We liked this venue so much that I ended up booking my daughters baby shower here a few months later. I requested many things prior to the party & let me tell you they delivered. Attended yet another party at Party Solvers over the weekend, and I must say everything was great! The room itself is large and spacious. It is able to fit about 7-8 large tables comfortably, with a cake table display, a bouncy house, and room for food/drink 3-4 tables! I am always blown away by the party room decor. Party Solvers off decor packages themselves, and do a phenomenal job to say the least. The decor can be customized to any theme, including the cake, other sweets, cookies, centerpieces, photo backdrop, linens, etc. If you are in need of a centrally located party room in Queens, that basically does it all you should check out Party Solvers. I was searching all over for entertainment and a party hall, and I almost gave up until I found Party Solvers. They were able to offer magic, face painters, characters, cotton candy, pop corn, pizza, etc. They were also able to recommend places to order fondant cakes and balloons. I did not have to stress out about the event, and was able to leave it to the professionals.
