We had an awful experience hiring these people for our wedding. 100% DO NOT recommend. We provided very specific written instructions about our menu and serving and they completely ignored it. During drop off, the caterer also provided printed instructions that they just either didn't read, or outright ignored. They served pork sliders to our vegetarian guests even though the instructions and menu stated they were pork. During dinner service, they just ignored the provided instructions and menu and just decided to mix meat and shrimp into some vegetarian dishes - so we had to throw out tainted food, which was a waste of our money. Some tables barely got any food, other tables didn't eat until almost the end of the night. On top of that, one of the waiters called my wife directly to tell her that he would be late instead of contacting the wedding coordinator (we provided the coordinator info specifically to them so that he wouldn't be bothering the bride on the day of). We took a lot of time to get the menu right and provide detailed instructions to the staff, and they completely botched it. Not only that, but they had to throw out food because we took very specific care to ensure dishes didn't have allergens in them. It's fortunate that none of our guests had allergic reactions or anaphylaxis - this is the food service industry, and wholly unacceptable. It was my first time hiring waiters and I reached out to them solely based on a Google search. The team they sent was extremely professional and polished as well as pleasant. We had a tasting event with 5 kinds of whiskey passed as well as numerous hors d'oeuvres. They handled everything so well and took initiative to do things like serve water and refill water glasses continuously that I had not thought of for a cocktail party. I struggled to lock down a date and he was so flexible as I asked for availability on new days/times. He was always extremely responsive and communicative. For my event, I got Yuliia and Oleg. Both were SO amazing. They were beyond professional and fully ran the event. I would not have been half as relaxed without them. Hired staff was condescending, and full of attitude. That were rude to the guests. Constantly rolled their eyes. Several complained. They didn't want to complete the basic tasks they were hired to do: prepare party rentals for pick up according to instructions. I have used Party Waiters in the past with success. For Thanksgiving 2022, I reserved two servers and one bartender for my annual family and friends dinner. One server showed up a half hour late but she turned out to be the only one with experience or initiative. The other two folks clearly had no experience, had zero initiative and were openly rude to me when I continued to remind them to pick up empty glasses and dishes or empty filled garbage cans or other standard work required of them. They were on their cell phones non stop and every task seem to be a major ordeal for them. I emailed Kirill twice after the party to ask why she sent two non motivated novices for an event and got zero responses which is why I am posting this YELP warming to avoid Party Waiters for holiday parties. They correctly charge a premium for working on Thanksgiving which makes it even harder to accept such substandard work. It actually amazed me how they could vacantly stare at dirty glasses for so long and do nothing- all while on their cell phones! read more

Very inexperienced. Was mortified that i was having a 30 person bridal shower and there were 10-15 minute lapses where not 1 of my 3 servers was present passing drinks or hors d'oeuvres. The staff was young and not trained AT ALL! Didnt know the basics of plating simple hors d'oeuvres. Found the bartender drinking wine before our event even started. Absolutely unprofessional. My husband and I got married on a cruise last year with only a couple of people present so after many cries from our family and friends, we decided to have a post-wedding reception to celebrate our nuptials with our loved ones. We wanted to keep things simple but well organized and didn't want to spend as much as we would have on a typical wedding. So we rented a raw space and got to working and so one of the biggest tasks was hiring staff to work at the party. I focused on the food and so found this waitstaff company. We initially chose Party Waiters LLC because honestly they were the cheapest from among the quotes that we got but they turned out to be fantastic. Kirill (I believe the manager or owner), is super professional and got back to us quickly with responses to our questions. He was very pleasant and not pushy at all in regards to trying to get us to hire more servers. We ended up hiring 1 captain and 4 wait staff for our 125 person buffet style reception which was more than sufficient. On the day of the event, the staff received the deliveries, set up all the food and set up the tables with linens and centerpieces. I had written a very detailed outline of what I wanted them to do and they followed it well so that they didn't have to disturb my husband and I with too many questions during the party.
