They then ghosted when I provided what they requested (Follow up emails send 4/24, 4/26, 4/29). I tried contacting them through Yelp June 6th as they never responded. They responded and again asked for final details to secure booking and then informed me of their three month policy after all of this. If their company policy is 3 months, no problem, but this was not communicated at all for two months and they consider ghosting as communication of their policies.
