I researched a lot of flower shops and decided to go with the Flowerman for my mom's birthday flowers. Ordering over the phone was very easy. I told him how much I wanted to spend, when I'd like to pick up by, and requested a bouquet that inclined my mom's favorite flowers - lavender. They require immediate payment so I paid for it over the phone. This is a beautiful shop! It smelled SO nice right when I entered the shop. As they were getting my order together, I walked around and looked at the different creations. Even bouquets that are behind glass doors are beautiful to take home on this spot. When my order came out, the first thing I noticed was that there was no lavender. I asked the shop associate "where is the lavender?" She went back and checked my order and said she'll put some in right away, she also added additional roses to the bouquet, which really brightened it up and made it feel vibrant. I appreciated that they quickly made adjustments to the bouquet. The final bouquet was beautiful. I'm very happy with the overall look and feel of the flowers. Found this place on Yelp and was in search of a lei for my cousin's TCHS graduation. I was set on…read moregetting a green and yellow lei as opposed to the usual purple lei. I found a photo of a green and yellow lei they had previously sold to past customer and decided to call in and ask if they had one in stock. The graduation was a few days out so I was pretty rushed to find a lei in time. I called in and spoke to the person (I think the name was Ronnie?) and they kindly informed me that they would have to see if they can make a yellow and green colored lei in time. They gave other colored options just in case the green and yellow was unavailable. After I got off the phone, they let me know the price (about $71) which needed to be paid before they can put the order in. I venmoed the money over and received a photo of the lei the day before graduation. I let her know that I will be in the morning of the graduation to pick it up and everything went smoothly! Communication was great, pick up time was easy and my cousin was thrilled with the lei! The price was a bit high though but the customer service was great!
