I've been coming here for many years, and I keep coming back because of the great service. Jesse at the front desk is very responsive and friendly. Very easy to do scheduling in person and over the phone. Dr. Arman is very kind, efficient, and great at what he does. I like that I can get cupping and a massage in addition the chiropractic treatment. Janet is one of the best sports masseuses I've ever been too. She can go extra hard, and although it can be really painful, it does resolve a lot of my very old knots. From the beginning, Jesse, the nice office manager, was professional and thorough about the appointment process. The office area is very clean and pleasant, with the aroma of essential oils. The doctor looked at my MRI and determined that I would benefit more from spinal decompression than from a manual adjustment so he did a variety of different methods to stretch my back including cupping which I had never tried. Goodness. Master Ally is straight magic when it comes to massages. She's strong and petite, the perfect combination for getting into all those nasty nooks and crannies. She actually pauses her hands and forearms long enough for your body to relax and breathe into the massage, sinking the work deeper into the muscle. I've been a regular monthly patient of Pasadena Chiropractic for many years now, first with Dr. Jacoy and now with Dr. Arman since Dr. Jacoy retired. I've been so pleased with his treatments that I'll even make it a point to see him before and after overseas flights to get re-adjusted (because, you know, coach "main cabin" seats...). Dr. Arman always starts an appointment by asking about trouble spots and then hands-on diagnosing in order to find the critical areas, since sometimes it's a referenced pain problem. Treatments vary depending on what's going on, but the thera-gun is my absolute favorite as I feel the knots in my back really loosened up after treatment. But Dr. Arman has a lot of equipment and techniques ready to go, choosing the most appropriate for the issue (or for regular maintenance). Additionally, Jesse in the front office is always professional, efficient, and accurate, plus he's super fast getting me re-scheduled if I can't make my standard appointment. He's extremely knowledgeable and gives great examples and answers to questions. The office is immaculate and classy. The other staff members are professional, friendly and courteous. The treatment rooms are modern and have the latest up-to-date equipment. I find the treatments are a perfect accompaniment to my workouts and help keep my body feeling top notch. I've recommended Dr Arman to friends both older and younger than me. A friend of mine, an octogenarian, says, "I couldn't do without my appointment. I like him". Unfortunately I kept having flare ups after sessions, and needed to eventually go to an orthopedic.
