I will admit that I am the worst when it comes to dry cleaning. I had a wedding coming up where I needed a couple suits dry cleaned, and since I work in this general area I thought I would stop by this spot that was highly reviewed on Google The spot is sort of new and inviting from the exterior. Everything is clean. There's big signage, plenty of windows, and a drive-thru I walked in and the main attendant was helping someone in the drive-thru, but it took them no time before finishing with them and helping me. This individual was very efficient. He looked at my articles of clothing, repeated back the types and counts, put the in the back, and gave me a ticket and interactions that they would be ready by 5pm the next day. I returned to pick up my clothes and it was the same individual. He took my ticket, went to the back, and was back in minutes (or less). Again, he went over the articles with me. They were nicely pressed, in plastic, and looked sharp. I was astonished to find that for 2 suits (2 blazers and two pairs of pants) plus two other dress shirts the price was around $22. I'm no expert on dry cleaning value, but this feels like a steal I had a great experience here, and I will definitely be back with more items soon Some tips: I would take a picture of your ticket just in case you lose it or damage it. I usually take my dry cleaning to places near work. Drop off and pick up is so convenient because I'm always at work. Work work work! Right? Anyway, I was working in Pasadena for a year and I discovered Pasadena Cleaners! It was close, they had a drive thru and it was clean. I start taking my dry cleaning there and it became routine. My clothes are well taken care of. They always had my clothes back on time as promised. They have specials so I got my comforters and quilts done too!! You all know how expensive those are to get dry cleaned! Pasadena Cleaners have specials which make it budget friendly! Do you want to know why I am driving all the way to Pasadena just to get my clothes dry cleaned? Let me tell you. I no longer work in Pasadena. I live in The Heights. I had paid for a quilt to be dry cleaned and forgot about it. It had been with Pasadena Cleaners for 4 months!!! FOUR MONTHS!! They had every right to throw it away or give it away like most places. Instead, they called me. Reminded me that I had a quilt and asked if I wanted to come pick it up!! They called multiple times and even left a voice message. Who does that nowadays? It's a nice quilt. They could've kept it or donated it or even just have thrown it away. They didn't. Their customer service is exceptional! My name is Joey Smith. The principal of the complaint is the job was done wrong and not even on time. If the job was done on time and the clothes was mess up I can understand and take the blame but for the service to be done wrong and STILL not ready when I come to pick it up three days later. I walk in Wednesday ( June 14 ) around 5:30 pm to get a Jean Jacket Press. I ask the cashier if it can be pressed around the plush characters and not to wash the jean jacket. She explains yes. I walk in Friday ( June 16) around 4:30 pm to drop off some other clothes to be pressed only to a different cashier. I walk in again Saturday ( June 17 ) around 9:25 am and none of the clothes were ready. On top of that the Jean Jacket was not dry because it was washed. I didn't get a call but I did walk in person at the cleaners and nobody didn't tell me anything. If the service I paid for would have been finished on time for Thursday then it would have been okay but the fact I turn it in on Wednesday and it wasn't touched Friday night doesn't make sense. The cashier should know if the service can be done or talk to the co-workers right at the moment to see if it can be done; not wait until I leave and two days later it can't be done because a co-worker said it can't be done. read more

Super friendly, fast service and clothes back on time and no problems so far. Used Texan on Fairmont before, they are slow to come tot he counter or drive through and honestly look like they could care less . They have a ton of business due to their location, I'll continue to drive right past them for a little over a mile just because the people here are glad to see you and serve you promptly! read more

I can't stress how much this company lacks professionalism with residential homes. I communicated very clearly, the owner referred to her workers as "the females" that was my first concern. However, they were 2 hours late I was completely understanding, I even called them myself too see if they were close. Once they arrived, they were friendly and communicative however they rushed undoubtedly. It was about to storm, they wanted to run home to their animals.. which I understood. They asked before leaving if everything was okay.. but how could I possibly know without proper investigation of a 2 story home especially with their urgency to leave. After they left and the following day I had time to look at their awful work, there was sooo much untouched and ignored. I contacted the owner And the owner blamed it on one employees when I did not feel that was the case. It was completely unprofessional in my opinion. I asked for a free home cleaning at first, once I provided the pictures that I had cleaned the following day, that was denied and countered with a 25 minute cleaning. But I had already done the work that I paid them for because my husband was coming home soon. Then she asked what can we do? After blaming her fellow employee (which was terrible to me) then offered to take me to lunch!!! Like the heck?! First your gonna bash your employees then offer me lunch?! After that conversation I was frustrated and told her I would just like my money back she then said "what's done is done" she denied me a complete refund and a complete cleaning similar the amount I paid.
