Dr. Parmer is awesome. But scheduling to see her is almost impossible. I had to go to the ER, almost had a stroke.

Nobody wants to get sick while out of town. But this place was amazing…read more Due to my health condition giving me constant UTI and kidney infections, I knew it was time to go in and get antibiotics. They have a private parking lot (with tons of up close parking) When I walked in I was the only patient in the waiting room, Maddie immediately was concerned (she was working the front desk taking all the information) she told me I looked like I was in excruciating pain and was genuinely concerned. I explained to her what was going on, and she said she would have to check with the doctor if they would even see me or send me to a Hospital. Not even 2 minutes later the doctor came out and I explained everything to her, she told me 100 percent to come on back and she would see me. I was then taken back to the exam room and Camille took my vitals. She commented on my heart rate being really high and how I looked really uncomfortable, she was extremely genuine talking to me. I know every doctor and nurse usually say things like this, but when Camille told me she wishes she could help take my pain away and hopes I get better soon, I could tell she really meant it. megan jendrossek, the provider that saw me, was extremely helpful, down to earth and sincere. This is the first time in a long time that I've been to an urgent care / hospital where it didn't seem like a factory. It actually felt like they cared. I have no idea why this place has such a low rating. This place went above and beyond and they even called me the next day to check on me. They asked how I was doing and if I had any further questions. They were extremely warm and professional. the provider, megan jendrossek noticed my dad in the waiting room and asked if she could talk to him and thank him for his service (noticed his military shirt) and talked to him for a bit and how her father did 30 years. So she was extremely friendly and personable This place literally got me in and out of here in about 45 minutes IF THAT. It was that fast. They knew I was heading out of town with my dad for two days and needed antibiotics ASAP. They sent it to the fastest pharmacy they knew and we were on the road within 1 hour total. (Thank you to mikes pharmacy for getting me my medications ready within 15 minutes) 10 stars for Maddie 10 stars for Camille 10 stars for megan Thank you, for taking care of me. I 100 percent recommend this place and will return whenever I'm at my dads The exam rooms were nice size, they were clean and the bathroom was clean as well. The chairs in the waiting room were really nice, they take a bunch of different insurance's, they listened to my needs instead of just sending me to the hospital. This location also serves veterans (instead of veterans having to go all the way to the VA)

I would recommend this business and will be coming again. The doctor or nurse that saw me was professional and empathetic to my needs at the time.

From the folks you talked to when you called to place an appointment, to the front desk staff when you arrive, everybody is very friendly, helpful, but also professional. Dr. Martin's support staff is also great. When you're getting your vitals taken, you're never treated like they are in a rush and they also always make sure to answer any questions you may have. Dr. Martin is amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, but takes a whole body approach. She asks a lot of questions and gives you time to share any of your concerns with her. Neither of us have ever felt rushed when we were. The office is very spacious with a large waiting area and very well-maintained. If you need lab work done, they even have a lab downstairs in the same building; so it's very convenient. If you're looking to switch primary care providers, I cannot say enough great things about this practice.

It's funny how patients can wait 15 min or more but doctors can make you wait much longer. This doctor decided his time was just too important with an empty waiting room. Totally unacceptable. Johns Hopkins apparently doesn't have a late policy at all locations... From a quick web search: Johns Hopkins has different late policies by department, but generally, being more than 10-15 minutes late may result in rescheduling or being placed on a waitlist for later availability, so it is crucial to call the specific clinic ahead of time. Some locations also apply a grace period, while others consider lateness a no-show, potentially leading to a fee or even discharge from the practice for repeat offenses. Not good customer service. I think I'll find a new doctor and new location.

This is where my VA primary care doctor is located. There are some appointments I can make without…read moreher referral, but for others, she'll see me first. As the name implies, this clinic is located on Fort Meade Army Base. It's a small clinic, but I never really see it full. Well, except for my visit today. The waiting room was full of veterans waiting to be seen. This was the busiest I've seen it, but I generally have afternoon appointments. So, perhaps the mornings are busier. The receptionists at the window generally come across as caring. Sometimes I feel as though I'm imposing on their time. The woman who checked me in was sweet, kind, and caring. I liked her and wish I had gotten her name. I'm familiar with my nurse practitioner, as it's always Ms. Melvina. She's nice, kind, and funny. The facility is calm, clean, and inviting. It's less of a hospital (in feel) and more of a family clinic. We (veterans) all see each other, respect eachother, and wish each other well.

Let me start by saying I like my PCM, Dr. Bah-Sow, when I see her in person…read more What I don't like is getting the run around for a very simple consult for a fifteen minute procedure. I asked for a referral to a specialty on March 31st, 2026. I requested care in the community because I live in Edgewater (down in Mayo) and driving to Baltimore from here takes over an hour. I was told the referral would be placed. I have received care in the community before, and so has my husband. Since then, I have been told: - I need to call Baltimore (department) to receive CITC. - Baltimore says I need to call CITC. - CITC says I need to call or message my PCM to fix the referral. When I message my PCM, I get a message from a nurse saying something like, "CONSULT PLACED," or other equally unhelpful phrases. Attempts to follow up are met with further attitude from this individual and no help or guidance is provided. I end up back in this endless cycle of calling the next person and no resolution. I am also being denied the opportunity to speak with my provider. It does not matter how many times I tell everyone involved that if you use my actual address during business hours to get directions to the Baltimore VA, you will see that it adds 20 minutes to the drive and therefore means I should still be eligible for community care. I am still waiting for care.
