The clinical support team was also very friendly, they were very empathetic. I've never heard anybody talk to my father in such a derogatory patronizing voice . After MAKING my father get up on the examination table against his wish( he is unstable and has as fallen), she drilled my father about things that should have been in his computerized records including tests that were ordered by his doctor. It was completely ridiculous as if the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing!
