Check-in was simple and I think I waited just 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment to be taken back for my exam. I like their system in that I was escorted to the first room for the initial checkup with the tech. After that was completed, I sat in the waiting room for a few minutes until my eyes dilated and was taken back to see Dr. Manning who completed his exam. He took his time and answered my questions and explained things in layman's terms. I recommend Dr. Manning and his staff for your eye concerns. Everyone is friendly, professional and proficient. NEVER go to this salon !!!!…read more In April 2018, I visited this salon with a consultation on the laser hair removal account, I do this not the first time and I know the clinical indications for the procedure and the time of hair loss and so on. After consulting with the doctor, she told me to come in a month or more, since my skin is too dark for the procedure. I want to say that I am a white race and my skin is a little dark (I come from Russia). I warned the doctor that my skin would not become brighter as this is my natural color, I avoided the sun in every possible way and took sun protection creams. Arriving at the procedure the doctor was told that my skin is not light, I once again explained to the doctor that I do this not for the first time, on the same laser and on certain capacities. The doctor has made to me procedure on all body at my parametres what i did before. Applying lines along of my body with a marker to distribute the zones, after finishing did not even offer me a wet napkin so I could erase those lines !!! It took 2 weeks and the hairs still on my skin, I called the salon where the manager told me to wait 20 days and then to call, we agreed by phone that if my hair will be on my skin I would do a free procedure again or return the money. I called after 20 days, explaining that I was not happy with the service and the manager refused to compensate me anyhow !!! Speaking that my skin types are complicated for the procedures and they warned me that the hair will not disappear at all. So for this, there is a set of procedures !!!! I first encounter such a bad attitude towards clients, I could continue to visit this salon and advise it to everyone, but you lost the payment of an able client and gained a bad reputation !!!!

Weeks later we recd bills with the reprocessed amounts - I called regarding these bills and was told that Advanced Dermatology had scheduled both appointments with a provider that is not par with our insurance. I was also told there are providers at Advanced Dermatology that ARE on par with our insurance. Why would the scheduler not put us with a PAR provider? When calling for assistance I was told nothing can be done. So here we sit with bills that should never happened if this office had done their job properly. Beware
