When you walk in there's almost always a smiling face to greet you, I like that. Feeling invisible…read moreat your Drs office just shouldn't happen. I don't return to offices where that's the Norm rather than th exception. Its clean. A decent selection of reading material. I generally see Dr Kola as I'm a long established patient. I'm 100% satisfied with the care I receive. As a final note the nurses, MAs, PAs, are out of this world. They can answer almost anything you need to know, and often do yet they still bring it up to the Dr. for the final word. I can highly recommend this office for pain control, and injury assessment, and care.

I'll probably want another appointment treatment on my upper hip.. still a path of numb burn…read moreand discomfort from my right upper hip down my thigh.. not as bad but still not good either .. but... I'd prefer Dr Cole if possible . The other doctor is fine but the attending nurse although she is probably very experienced lol didn't shut up for a minute.. and it was like diareah of the mouth lol she went on and on about her work experience like a job interview .. and when I'm about to go through a procedure that is not very comfortable I'd prefer calm quiet and the full attention from the doctor and nurse... I couldn't relax with the chatter.. I would suggest perhaps they play some native American flute music or nature sounds during the procedure... and conduct interviews at another time. Please tell them What I said..

Hip Revision - Exceptional! Went to a plethora of orthopedic surgeons who would not help me. Shame…read moreon you! Went through misery for 2 1/2 + years. I am 8 days post surgery and more than 98 percent back to normal. Thank you Dr Palumbo!

I am very disappointed with the way I was treated when trying to schedule an appointment with Dr…read more Palumbo's office. I was referred by my primary care physician, Dr. Tamara Sealy, due to a fracture in my left knee and the need to be evaluated by a surgeon. I was already in pain, distressed, and concerned because I had just learned that I had a fracture. The scheduler, who identified herself unclearly as "CIA" from scheduling, stated that she schedules for every doctor and that she was the one who schedules for Dr. Palumbo. Unfortunately, her tone was rude, aggressive, dismissive, and lacked compassion. Instead of showing empathy or helping me understand my options, she emphasized that the first available appointment would not be until July and stated that my situation was "not an emergency." As a healthcare worker and Doctor of Health Administration, I understand that offices have scheduling limitations. However, patients should still be treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism--especially when they are in pain and dealing with an injury. I felt unheard, dismissed, and unsupported during a time when I needed guidance. This staff member should not be representing a medical office if she cannot communicate with patients in a compassionate and professional manner. I would not recommend this office based on my scheduling experience. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity, not made to feel like an inconvenience when they are seeking care for a serious medical concern.
