Upon arrival, the service representative assured me that the work would take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. Trusting their word, I planned my entire day around that timeline. The Reality of the Experience: The Delay: After waiting for 3.5 hours with absolutely no updates, I finally went to check on my vehicle myself--only to discover they hadn't even started on it yet. A Widespread Issue: I wasn't the only one. The waiting room was filled with multiple other frustrated customers who had also been left waiting for hours on end for simple services. Management's Response: I ended up speaking directly with the Service Manager, and his only response was to say he was sorry and that they were "behind." No kidding they were behind! Forcing customers to wait over four hours for a basic oil change and tire rotation without a single proactive update was completely irresponsible and unacceptable. Saying "we're behind" does not excuse a total lack of communication and respect for a customer's time. This dealership seriously needs to get their house in order to better serve their customers. It reflected incredibly poorly on the Hyundai brand, and I will not be returning to McCarthy Hyundai.

We showed up at 5:30 pm (30 mins before they close), because we had been holding out on a different truck, but the dealer we had been previously working with kept dicking us around. We called Dalton around 5:00 pm and without hesitation he told us to come up and look at the truck. My boyfriend fell in love with it as soon as we took it for a test ride. Dalton was clear and honest about the flaws that the truck had, but offered solutions to all of them. We also had the pleasure of meeting Michael, who is the owner of the dealership. Both Dalton and Michael worked to get our monthly payments as low as possible with a reasonable interest rate, and they were able to get us the most out of our trade in as reasonably possible. They were very straight forward, and equally reasonable. We kept Dalton at the dealership for two additional hours and he maintained a positive and kind attitude the entire time. We didn't feel rushed or taken advantage of. They are a family owned business, and I highly recommend buying from Munsterman Automotive. They actually listen to your needs and value the relationship they build with their clients. Also, they were able to to get us a better deal than any other dealer offer we had previously dealt with. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Spent about a quarter of the time at carmax as I did with these guys and got a better, safer and cleaner car for my teenage daughter at CarMax. Save your time and money and skip this place.

During that time, there were no updates on the status of my vehicle. I had to approach an advisor myself, and they acted as though I didn't have an appointment or even know who I was. The person who initially helped me spent time talking with other people instead of providing me with an update. It wasn't until a manager stepped in that I was finally informed that the head technician had my vehicle. After waiting until 1:30 PM, I finally got my car back with the oil change completed. Taking more than 3 hours for a scheduled oil change, combined with the lack of communication and customer service, is unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected better respect for my time and a simple courtesy update throughout the process.
