I went to Molle Thursday November 13th, 2025, at 2:10 p.m. and asked for an oil change. The service advisor quickly snapped, we are all booked, no oil changes today. This was the most pathetic version of, "you're not worth my time get out of here bud" that I have ever seen. Rude and offered no apology or offer to come back tomorrow. I sent the follow message to the service manager Mike Bradley and received no reply. I called earlier this week about scheduling an appointment for an oil change. I was specifically told by the gentleman on the phone that it was a first-come-first-serve matter. I arrived at the service center today at 2:10 p.m. The service advisor acknowledged me and asked me what I needed. I told him I wanted an oil change. He abruptly replies, "there are no oil changes available." I have visited many dealerships and have never been refused an oil change. It is not like I showed up near closing time. Whatever the reason for non-service today it did not seem right. I left this dealership and had my oil changed at Cable Dahmer Chevrolet. The oil change was a nonissue. The service underwriter was cordial and polite. Why can't your service department replicate the same service and treatment that I received today at another dealership? My intent for visiting your service center was to support the dealership that I purchased my Malibu from. Granted, an oil change is one of the more affordable service needs of customers. If you are unable to handle the minor needs of a customer, why would I return for more expensive services in the future? Communication is important. If there is a hard cutoff for an oil change then state, the policy for everyone to know and understand. I was both sad and disappointed when I left your service center today. Not worth your time. The mechanics I dealt with were very apathetic in service and had an arrogant attitude. I brought a car into them that has been sporadically dying while driving on the highway. I took it to Molle twice, the first time they had for 3 days couldn't recreate or find a problem and they didn't charge me for it. The second time I took the same car in after going through another mechanic that recreated the problem but couldn't figure out what was going on. So I took it back to Molle a second time after it happened again. This vehicle has died on me while driving on 4 separate days about 5-7 times a trip. There is no doubt there's a serious issue. After leaving it with Molle the second time for a week they called and said, "It's ready for pick up". Yet they couldn't find an issue so clearly it's not ready. They then wanted to charge me $200 the for diagnosis which was, "we can't find anything wrong it's passing all our tests". That's not a diagnosis for a car that breaks down while driving. I was firm with them saying it's not right and I got attitude from them. They said things like "Well then work on it yourself" I told them I researched the symptoms and they told me, "Then take it to the Google shop." They also said I could write them a blank check so they could spend more time on it as well as "Take it to another mechanic." Which is what I did end up going to another mechanic. They are disturbingly unprofessional, blatantly apathetic, negligent, and arrogant. I will not be doing business with them or their dealership anymore. I brought my 2013 Chevy Malibu in for an oil change and they also had a special on Nitrogen for your tires. I took the deal that same night my right front tire had a blowout which made me loose control and hit a curb and blow out my left front tire and bind the rim. When i spoke to "Mike Bradley" he basically told me to fuck off that nitrogen can't blow out a tire. I have the tire for proof and should it to him and basically said he does not care. When i asked to speak to the owner he quoted to me the owner does not care and again basically to go fuck off. I have been bringing my car there for years and my family has bought cars there for years. I will never come back to this place such disrespect for there customers. A few years ago I would have given a 5 star rating. We have been bringing our vehicles to Molle Chevrolet for servicing/repairs for over 15 years. While probably more expensive than other mechanics, all repairs were always done relatively quickly, we had excellent customer service and we always felt safe in that the cars were repaired properly. However, our latest experience has made us want to avoid this place at all costs in the future. We brought our Malibu in for a transmission issue. We were expecting and fully prepared for it to need to be replaced. So imagine our delight when, after three days of having the car, we were told that it wasn't a transmission issue but the PCM needed to be replaced. It was still $1000 but hey, cheaper than a new or refurbished transmission. Drove it home and had it for two days before the transmission started playing up again. Took it back into Molle a second time. They kept it for another couple of days and said that the solenoids had to be replaced. Another $1400 later and a few more days without use of our car we had hoped the issue was finally fixed. Upon driving the car home we noticed the steering wheel was completely crooked! It was perfectly fine before, as was the steering itself - before we had the solenoids replaced. The steering wheel was also covered in grease! We immediately drove it back to Molle where we spoke with a service advisor who was apologetic, said that it was unacceptable that they had messed up our car and while he wouldn't have anyone available to get to it until Monday, it would be fixed up on Monday, free of charge, as well as completely detailed inside for us. It is now 4pm on Monday and we have had no word from them, so called to talk that service advisor again. We were told he does not work on Mondays so asked to speak to the service manager (whom we had called on Friday and had to leave a voicemail as he'd already left for the day) and was told that he had left for the day already - without bothering to contact us about our concerns. Another service advisor, whom we have been dealing with throughout this whole epic drama, told us they weren't sure where we were in line for repairs. Being that we have been loyal customers at Molle Chevrolet for over 15 years and that it was the Molle service department who messed up the steering and left the car in a filthy condition, we had hoped that they would do their best to make it right and fix the car promptly on Monday and have it back to us today. This whole saga has gone on for weeks and is not just unacceptable, but disappointing and frustrating. We have been out the use of our car for weeks now, and have been stuck sharing one car between four drivers - particularly frustrating when someone needs to be in Kansas while someone else needs to be in college in Warrensburg at the same time! We are not sure when we will get our car back now, and whenever we do, we are worried, for the first time ever in using Molle Chevrolet, that it might not even be safe to drive. read more

I took my car in for diagnostic testing for a 3rd time after it was dropped off and never looked at because I wasn't physically there to drive it through. I was told they didn't honor appointments even though they have an appointment system online. I have NEVER been treated so poorly in all the years I have owned a car. The advisor Chris is very rude no matter what day, or time of day it is. I am regretting I ever purchased my car from this location. I spoke with the Service manager of the service department on the phone who didn't remember the situation when I arrived, and when I did refresh him, he asked a different advisor to get my car in and checked that day. Brandon did make sure to call and follow up with me to let me know what was going on with my vehicle and was nothing but great as usual. I have had my car for 2 years and have always had it serviced here and never had an issue until now. Not sure why Chris chose to treat me so rudely and and be disrespectful even after he wasn't assigned to my file he still was the same way. My car was ready to be picked up after being there for a week and he rudely asked if someone called me and said it wasn't ready, he'd call me back which he did not again. Brought my truck in for it's first oil change and to have a defective radiator louver fixed. Molle charged me to remove a light bar so they could fix the problem. They stated it was an aftermarket light bar and therefore my issue. My position is that they wouldn't have to remove the light bar if they were not fixing a warrantied defective part. Just know that with Molle Chevy, the order of things is....Molle comes first, the warranty company is second, and you the customer are clearly last. We were traveling home from vacation when our car broke down. We managed to get the car into Molle Chevrolet service department first thing the next morning. We arrived there before they opened. There were a few employees standing outside. They were service writers and mechanics. We told them our situation and told them we were on our way home from vacation and we were over 400 miles away. They told us to walk in with them as soon as they were open and they would look at it right away. The news was as we thought, that the transmission was failing and that we would need a new transmission. The service manager was very caring and sympathetic. We discussed our options and decided that the vehicle was not worth the cost of a new transmission so decided that we would upgrade to a newer vehicle. The service manager introduced us to sales consultant, Aaron Derringer. We informed Aaron what we were looking for, and Aaron took over from there! He showed us several vehicles. Deeply disappointed today at Molle Chevrolet in Blue Springs. Brought our 2014 Suburban here on the recommendation of family and have been unimpressed in three visits. Today was a standard oil change and tire rotation which went fine. Also had a daylight running lamp out so mentioned it could be replaced. It's a $5 part (GREAT!!!!), but they neglected to share with me that they were going to charge me $55 to replace it. Would have been good information to share. I would have done it myself. But bc they are about the bottom line and not their customers they kept that detail to themselves. Has always felt shady here and won't be going back. Have contemplated a new Silverado for over a year and bc of proximity and selection would have went here first but that won't be the case anymore. Used car buyers beware: We had the misfortune of purchasing a vehicle from here in February of 2022. It was a lowe mileage vehicle that was supposed to be a one owner locally purchased and traded. We are now suspecting this was not this was not the case. 2 months after purschasing the vehicle we found out there was no air conditioning. We took the car back to the dealership. We were told that since we did not purchase the $6k warranty they we were on the hook for the $840 (and that was the manager's special for being a loyal customer). Fast forward to August and now the transmission has gone out. The vehicle is still under a total of $52,000 miles total at this point. They said they will make good on helping us out with the vehicle by buying it back or making a trade on a new car by offering us $14k less than what they sold it to us for in February. They even asked if I wanted to sell my truck to them too and we could just drive one vehicle one for a while if that helped us afford just one vehicle to make things easier. How does that make things easier for a family of 4 that farms. By selling both of our vehicles to them for a loss? If you need a family vehicle that is reliable and are looking for a dealership that understands these vehicles carry your family, look elsehwere. I took my car in for a transmission service. Flushing the fluids and refilling, simple right? No. The person who took my car out to test it when they were done, who looked no older than 22-23 years old, ran it into a snow pile and did damage. They told me they had to replace the bumper and it would get taken care of. When I had dropped the car off in the first place I had purchased some spark plugs and asked if they could put them in for me and they said they didn't have time. After they wrecked my car they told me they would put the spark plugs in for me while they were repairing the damage. Come to find out they had to replace the bumper, grill, condenser, and the radiator! Wtf! Everything got replaced and I got my car back 2 weeks later. When I went to pay for the original transmission service they conveniently forgot to mention that it was $85 to put in the spark plugs until I went to pick the car up and it had already been done. Only good thing to come of this is me putting 3k miles on the brand new car they lent me. Now I can hear the radiator pumping fluids while I drive. I hadn't even had my car for 2 weeks when this all happened either. Still had the damn temp tag. I will not be returning for ANYTHING unless of course the work they did is faulty and something else happens, which it probably will. read more

They must be making money hand-over-fist. Most dealerships have "chat options" however they are not on-site and they cannot answer the most basic questions including if the vehicle you are interested in is in inventory. They always try to get your cell and have a sales person get back to you. So, I figured I'd eliminate the "chat option" and go directly to the dealership........WRONG!! I have yet to get a response. That just tells me that if they can't follow-up on returning emails, I can imagine just what kind of service I would receive after the sale. I brought our new to us Traverse into Molle Chevrolet the day after we bought it for general service and to repair a small leak coming from the front of the vehicle. I looked at this before we bought the car and noticed that the leak was coming from the line from the radiator to the transmission. The service technician called me a few hours after we dropped it off and told me that the vehicle needed an entirely new radiator for $925 plus tax. I was shocked, but trusted their assessment. I did some calling around and the local shop right down the street from my house could install a new radiator for under $400 so I took the car there that afternoon. Imagine my surprise when the local shop called me and said that whoever told me this car needed a new radiator was just trying to rip me off and there was nothing wrong with the radiator at all. In fact, there was nothing even wrong with the line itself. They simply replaced an O Ring and it completely resolved the leak. They fixed my car for $50! In contrast, Molle Chevy charged me $45 just to tell me what was wrong with it and they couldn't even get that right! I'm not sure if Molle was intentionally trying to upsell me on a new radiator or if their technicians are just that incompetent at their job. Either way, they will never touch my vehicle again. I can't begin to tell you how disappointed I am. I would never recommend anyone to take their vehicle there. read more
